Has anyone else had a problem with the attitude of one of Walgreens Pharmacists? I have been with them for years now, and of course have moved to another one. He was so rude to me. I ended up having to drive all the way to Cookeville Walgreens to get medicine refilled.

Yes. He was one of the rudest pharmacists I have ever tried to deal with. I wondered if I had said something that had made him mad. Now I know he is that way to everyone. I switched to Fred's pharmacy.

I went back in a couple of days later to let him know that his behavior to me was the reason my husband, daughter, mother, and myself was the reason we were switching pharmacies. I was hoping for a apology and of course didn't get one. He just said ok, like it was no big deal and walked off. I told him I have one more question. He said what I said I wanted his name and he told me to grab a card on my way out. Now I am gonna find a way to report him. There is absolutely no reason to be that way to anyone, but especially your customers. I love going to Walgreens. I coupon and find the best deals there. But can not justify shopping somewhere that treats me that way. I would, however, like to find out who his superior is.

He has access to your insurance info so he is just probably fed up with you and your cronies getting all your pain meds for free on tenncare while he has to pay for it.

Look here "Tax Payer" we are fellow tax payers, and do have insurance that is by far not government funded. My husband works 5 to 6 days a week and pays a very high amount just for our family to have insurance. He has most likely paid more in taxes this year than you have made. However, this subject has nothing to do with the very rude, arrogant Pharmacist.

I don't even look at Walgreen ads anymore...they hardly ever have the advertised product in stock! Have never had to deal with a pharmacist there, but the manager has the personality of a soggy potato chip!

As a fellow pharmacist you have no idea what we see and have to endure on a daily basis when it comes to insurance abuse. FYI...The median salary for us is 116,000 dollars so unless your husband is making 6 figures you would be incorrect about your assumption of my tax liability so far this year. The difference is I pay in at the end of the year and you get a refund that is the equivalent of 3 times your payroll deductions.

Unless you are "tax payer" from Irving TX, I was not talking to you. As for a refund equivalent to 3 times my payroll, that is hilarious and so not true. Now this was a refill for my elderly mother, whom is disabled. Regardless weather it be blood pressure medicine, blood thinner, chloresterol medicine, diabetic meds, stomach meds, depression meds, or freakin meds to help her crap, they have a JOB to do. Now how do you get Insurance abuse out of a Refill? Mind you 2 days past due? I thought Walgreens was Nation Wide. If I was in Florida, I should be able to get it refilled.

I've noticed postings from multiple locations relative to this subject. I assume the original post was talking about the Walgreen Pharmacy in McMinnville because they host Russell Crouch, the rudest professional I have EVER encountered! I went to school with him and have known him for years. This behavior has been well known for a long time! Good luck in your efforts to get a corporate apology, but I doubt you will ever see him fired. Unfortunately, customer service has become unnecessary in today's economy.

Typical pharmacist speak. You are taught in school that you are the most important piece of the healthcare puzzle. Pharmacists are a thing of the past. With dispenceries becoming more prevelant and computers more common place you will soon be ousted by pharmacy techs who make ten dollars per hour. I, too, have been spoken down to by Walgreens pharmacists and why? All I did was go to pay for my medication and was treated like some low-rent bum. And next time I hear some twenty-five year old, newly graduated pharmacist demand to be called "doctor", I'm going to slap them.

Walgreens - Mcminnville,is the worse pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Wrong medications on numberous visits, unfriendly staff and extrememly long wait times. So happy I switched months ago.

Actually the one I was talking about was named Brandon. He was talking so fast and low I tried to interrupt him so he would repeat what he was saying and until he was done did he look at me. I said um your gonna have to repeat that slower and louder. I can't understand you at all. All I did catch was that it couldn't be filled at that Walgreens. So I ask why and he said "I can't tell you no more than that". Then he walked off. How rude. I asked to speak to him again and told him I don't see the problem. It's a refill and he walked off again. Well I got it filled at the one in Cookeville. But went back 2 days later to let him know that my family was moving our business. And yet again he was arrogant and rude.

They choose this job. Congrats on that. But they also vowed to be ethical. And he absolutely did not treat me with respect, nor explain anything. I used to spend a lot of money @ Walgreens. I am a avid couponer and love deals. But since then, I have been shopping at Rite Aide. I am beginning to think that their attitudes maybe medicine induced. Who knows. But I know he is not normal. I can not hear very well and asked him to repeat what he said slower and louder because I could not hear him. Still he did the same thing so I gave up and went to Cookeville. You know me and my family always thought the people in McMinnville were the nicest around. Well he sure shot that one down.
