Hope you have at least nine pairs of eyes. The enemy is all around you. "Trust nothing you see, even less of what you hear, and walk real easy around the dead." Do not trust the presses, they are 'jumped out'as far as safety.

I used to work there and I loved it. I quit and went to Bridgestone. Wish I had never left.

They are always hiring. Last I knew they start at $8.25 through Metro staffing. They do like to work people 12 hr days and 7 days a week.

8.25!?!?!?!? From what I was hearing people made a lot of money there. 8.25 is horrible money for a factory. Nevermind, rather work at wal mart for the same pay and less stress.

It's that low because the temp agency takes part. People make alot there because of the overtime. If you got hired in, then your pay rate would increase. To me, it wouldn't be worth it. There are easier jobs for more pay.

I don't know who the people defending this place are but unless you're upper management you get treated like a dog here. They will keep you a temp as long as possible to avoid having to pay benefits, girls never get ahead unless they are screwing someone in management, salary employees who aren't in management are expected to work 50 hours a week or more and routinely make less than the hourly workers. I could go on for days but anyone who has been here long enough can tell you what it's really like. A bunch of the top brass from Japan are here now trying to figure out more ways to squeeze more work out of us without having to pay more. If anyone else in this area were hiring yorozu wouldn't be able to get enough employees to keep in business the way they treat people but they know they're the only game in town so all any of us can do is grab our ankles and hope they at least kiss us when they finish screwing us

Maybe everyone should just take a pay cut and ask for more hours to work, or else they will go to Mexico like all the other factories.

The people that don't want to do nothing at yorozu don't get hired on as quick but if you work an clean when down they will take notice an put you in a spot to be hired or you can do 90 days an whine to be hired tired of people like that though
