Another idiot, probably the same person. If you want truly poisoned water, go ahead and do what you propose.

It probably won't reach the river though becuase containment engineering works. It probably won't happen anyway because (1) you're a brainless blowhard gasbag, and (2) you'd be shot dead long before you ever got close to entering containment. Those guards there take security quite seriously.
