The owner breaks the law by serving beer to a minor and expects to be reimbursed for it? Give me a break. Fake ID or not he needs to man up and get over it.I have a feeling Judge Judy is going to have a field day with this guy.

Possibly, but as a bar owner, if someone presents you with a fake ID and you are unaware of it, why should you be held over the fire? The kid should be taught a lesson. This owner could have lost his business, and isn't that a heavy price to pay for someone else's deception? What is in his control here? I'd like to see the fake ID, see if any of us could spot it....

Fake ID's are totally noticable...ask ANY bouncer! People just get lazy when they check them. I had a fake that didn't even look like me and it worked everywhere...not to mention, it was expired.

Hi, my son signed up for a prep school in Leslie MI, found out there was no school and the children was residing in a house in Petoskey MI, My son was fed 2 meals a day within an eight hour span. 12 Boys was room into a house with one bathroom, no water or fruits was given to them. Withdrew my son and ask for a refund and found out organization was collecting funds without a permit and they are not relocated in Six Miles SC. Not sure how to go about sue for money back.
