When the ads come on TV, you can pretty much tell it's insurance for people who carry the minimum.

When I was getting my car repaired, the repair rep there told me Fred Loya was a nightmare to work with, and that they tried to cut corners on their customers repairs every chance they got.

I just cancelled my F. Loya policy because they keep finding fees to add to my insurance. First, it was EFT, they charge for that, then I stopped EFT, they charge for that. They started charging me six dollars a month because I pay my bill by mail. The people here are rude and act like they're the sh)t.
