Common Sense locally

Georgetown, TX

#1 Feb 18, 2012
Today a friend and I went to run a toy boat. Tired of Moon Stone Beach, Jeff wanted to look into Upper Little River. So East of 101, little river exit, is a cow pasture on the east side that butts the Little River. We pulled in and with some hoop laa started down a path cut from use, passing two piles of crab back shells the exceeded over a hundred, to reach the river bank. Maybe local law enforcement should take a look at poaching! Muddy, cold, and our dog irritating me particularly, I took our dog back to the pick-up. After loading her back into the back of the pick-up I see Five Cows that wasn’t in this area when we arrived. I can count their ribs and their hip bones are protruding so bad they look like death camp prisoners. The five stood watching me and what movement of walking they tried was staggering and lethargic but hopeful looks of food towards me. A little over a week ago I saw someone, standing at the very spot I was standing, with what appeared law enforcement uniform staring into the same fenced area I looked at today containing five cows. I didn’t pay attention if there was cows or not standing in the present of this official looking person but today the five came up to this fenced area for my eyes to see. Simply Bull Chips!!! As we drove away one of the five, not getting any food from myself, started down towards the pasture they are fenced in being followed by the other four. I was boiling mad and had stated I will be back with some sort of food. I don’t lie! I WAS BACK! I don’t have much money, in fact none, BUT, I BOUGHT ONE BAIL OF ALFALFA AND RETURNED WITH IT. I pulled up and no cows. I called out silly things like: Come on mommy, Come on baby’s, Come on cow number 20015. The only cow that would come close enough to me to read the ear tag. When tired of that, 45 minutes, I trespassed with a hand full of Alfalfa and encounter a single cow which was so starved RAN following me. My plan: get the cows close to my truck to transfer the bail of Alfalfa to any number of cows that arrived. WORKED! Every cow in the herd showed including calfs.
Skin on ribs you can count very clearly! Hip bones above and beyond sticking out! The person bought the cows, fenced them, and is Responsible for them.
Who owns this herd of Cows and Calf?
How many dead out in the field?
Was what I saw, Law Enforcement checking on a complaint?
Are there any complaints at all filed about this herd?
If There IS! COMMON SENSE!!!!!!!
