He did not have a beating coming. He did nothing wrong at all. As boomergirl said, NO one deserves to be beaten up like that.
My thoughts and prayers are with you, Tino! Heal quickly.
I am very saddened by this violence, and now to learn that two boys were involved as well? My son is just a few years younger than those kids. That is disgusting. Where are the parents? What kind of society lets this happen to their youth?

What an appropriate place to meet this guy. So larger than life and full of spirit. I hope he pulls through so we can play in the blackberries again. Life is too short for this b.s.

Just goes to show the mentality of these perps.Whats two growed men,30,&33 doing hanging out with the kiddie crowd?(juveniles) I do hope they charge the juveniles as adults for this crime. They want to act out with antisocial behavior to this degree let them suffer the consequences of thier actions. They are responsible for their actions just as much as anybody else is.Its easy to play the blame game (troubled youth, bad parents,no breaks, etc)but its always our actions on which we are judged by society,,always,, there is no exceptions.

NOONE Deserves this. and i take that offensive that someone who doesnt even know what happens can make such a CRUEL N HATRED THING.!. that fact of the matters isnt the age or the life styles of the perps that even matters, its the actions of the perps. and the morals of them. i hope they get chargered to the harshest punishment, those boys deserve to be chargered as adults. their age means nothing They wanted to make adult choices and use violence then they should be chargered as harsh as the grown men that did this. and he was just trying to get back the things that the perps had stolen from his family. if that was you, you'd do the same thing, you'd try your hardest to figure out who stole from you and why..We can say whatever we want, and be as angry and sad and full of hate but at the end of the day no matter what anyone says it wont change the actions already made.!. I LOVE YOU TINO.!. AND I KNOW YOU'LL PULL THROUGH.!. IM PRAYING FOR YOU.!. STAY STRONG.!.!.

jason jolley has been a two bit thug his whole life; I am not surprised he's involved. Another "lost" kid from the north side of the river. Some things in McKinleyville don't seem to change. My condolences to the victim; I hope you pull through.

About 15 years ago I was taking some classes at the local junior college when several youths in their late teens came on campus and started tearing the hell out of lockers, benches, trash cans and everything else they could get their hands on.

Several of us students and the professor recognized most of them and a list was made of the punks names and those of us who could identify them and would testify against them in court.

All were from how do you say, the more expensive part of town.

Ones dad was a superior court judge and another’s dad was a well known repubican politician.

Sheriffs office was notified and guess what, not a damn thing was ever done about it.

Answer to your question, why should us common folk have to go by the rules when the rich and politically connected don’t have too?

I am glad not everyone views life that way. I live by my own moral code, regardless of who gets away with what because they are related to who. I like to feel good about who I am and what I have accomplished. It is too bad that those punk kids got away with trashing the school. Just goes to show that it doesn't matter how much money you have, or your status in life you can still be a jackass who doesn't know how to parent.

Tino is my dads bestfriend and my friend aswell for u to say "he must of had it coming" is the most coldhearted thing u could say right now about him.He is a great man and i cant stand how punks hurt such a good person.
We need to stand together and stop this type of thing from happening again.
Ive lived here my hole life and i used to be able to leave my door unlocked,or leave a bike in the yard....now i cant walk around with out someone trying to fight, steal,or sell me dope....

What is EPD doing about it?

Jason Jolley's girlfriend is Andrea Marr- the former girlfriend to the Coen guy that shot someone in Fortuna this summer. Nice group of people. I hope they are all locked up FOR GOOD!!!!
