Speaking as a patient and an employee, I think it is a Great Place. The employees are a huge family and we love our patients dearly.....If anyone sees something that needs correcting all you have to do is call and speak to management/HR Dept. and they will fix the issue.

Yes this is also true in my own experience with mmc. Enjoyed working for them but got stabbed on the back. Patricia did not give me the respect that I believe Dr.Winkler would have. Instead after years she didn't have a place for me.

This clinic is ran by dr winkler and he quitely lays and waits watches and if dont lie and have his back you are gone, yes its like a family but take alook at your own family you have workers partyers, ect. and thats whats there (70%) partyers. they only care about money as in any bussiness in debit. and if anyone doesnt follow the big winks rule and trys to do what is right by the book or law your gone.patient care it depends on what doctor you get and then tomorrow they might not be there so take them with a gain of salt and use them for what you want before they use you. and dont get attached to your doctor...

dont be fooled by his quite ways they are back stabbers thats the way he raised his family all for there self just stop and look how he realy treats his kids.. patricia has a heart but does his dirty work and has been doing it for years, she is so deep with him on a working level and cant get out and has to do things his way.. many have seen this... there are deep dark things going on at this clinic with him in charge he doesnt play by the rules of bussiness and thinks money talks on many levels but the sad thing is he is getting old and it will catch up to him...so dont belive all you see that is good at that clinic there is 70% bad under it. and for his partners they dont know a dam thing that is going on till its too late....

Too many "nurses" without license. I was told the next time I go there or the one in Dresden I can ask to be served by a nurse with a license. There is one doctor at McKenzie clinic that I am going to make a point of asking for a "real nurse" before they seat me in a room. Not a "nurse" that has played one for a number of years. If I have to pay a high dollar to see a doctor then I want the person working on me to be licensed personnel.

I know this is to be a FACT!!! Yes, during FLU SHOT season, they pull ladies from the business off to administer the FLU SHOT!! I know to be a fact... I was told personally by one of the ladies. She did NOT want to do it, but had no choice. She made the statement that if she wanted to be a Nurse she would have gone to nursing school and got paid to be one. Still did not matter... This really does need to be investigated.

Was also told when a nurse calls in or a shortage of nurses, they pull from business off to cover....REGARDLESS what they have to do, they still have to be "Rent-A-Nurse" for the day.

No thata not true. I worked there for many years and yes I agree that most of the so called nurses were just ppl off the street. It is something that needs attention beouse fact of the matter these ppl are in charge of a life and they need to be shchooling and tranined on how to do things.
totally agree

My diploma may not mean much to some ppl but to me it means I worked hard in a school for a solid year to earn it!! I don't give a darn what doctor you work for if you aren't a nurse, you aren't a nurse......I don't care how you fancy it up!

Sounds like a definite total management issue across the board.

This place sucks!!! My husband was a truck driver and he went to the hospital while on the road bc he thought he was having a heart attack. When he came home we went to the clinic and I got up to go with him ( some times he forgets important details) and they told me the doctor only want to see him like was some random person! He's my husband and I have a right to know what's going on. Needless to say we've never gone back there. If that were me and they told my husband he couldn't come be with me I would have left. There's no reason for that.
