You just go to the files and replicate the previously filled out forms originated by the fifth Beatle. Why reinvent the wheel?
If he has a question the experienced business administrator should bail him out.
Exactly. That's why people said Fifth Beatle could fill out a grant application with his eyes closed.

Do you REALLY think that little girl has the stomach to do that? She'll take her payoff and be on her happy little way.
She didn't know jack about the job when it was given to her. Fifth Beatle showed her how to fill out forms, big deal. She was competent at best. It was a political gift in return for a former councilman's support for a former mayor. Both politicians are long retired from the scene and it's safe to kick her to the curb, chewed up and spat out or debt paid - whichever you prefer to call it.
Now if they would just get rid of her relative in the building department, then those old favors would be paid off.

Me or my look alike for the plush city job. I can bring a lot of votes to the mayor and senator.

Fat ass Tedesco will only be on the job a short while. His poor choice in company will be his downfall, maybe he'll hire his cocaine freak campaign manager as his secretary. Remember when they caught that dude with coke all over his car console all coked out? Only an idiot, or a drug dealer has a loose cannon like that as a campaign manager. Poor company, poor decisions - once again shown by even accepting the job.

I believe you are only publishing this about his campaign manager because it is true.

The other campaign manager is a 2X DUI person who got away for years campaigning on city time and using their equipment for Mikey and JB's campaingns.

Inmate Veon's staff put him in jail for a similar thing. But in the Port these guys are untouchable and flaunt the law.

Where are you AG Kathleen Kane when the Port needs you?

Hobo Jim - you are correct, as am I. I never trusted this Tedesco. I think it was his dad or uncle who ripped off the school board for about $300,000.00 and then came the cocaine addict campaign manager - and quite frankly, a man as fat and sloppy as AJ tells me he has NO self control! I was not surprised at all that he became a turncoat and jumped on that 60 thousand jelly donuts offer!

AJ will be fine.,,,,,,,,,he'll take your money for his salary plus his healthcare and other benefits.......ask at a meeting what the cost of his healthcare is,,,,you'd be surprised it's at $1,100 a month,( cadillac coverage ) and yes the tax payers pay for it.
it should be all public record since the tax payers are paying his way.....lucky he'll work 20 hours a week,,he's untouchable ,the great senator & mayor knows exactly what thye are doing..no rocks to turn over on this subject.

It's not unusual for corrupt politicians to feign loyalty to a certain group so they can gather the appropriate information for the group in power. What looks like a sudden switch of gears, could very well be a coming out of the closet of a long time supporter.

I predict a major heart attack in 2014. The greasy diner food, along with other things will do the fat man in. The Mayor will step over the body to give a statement about how gifted the jolly man was as the solicitor hides the 3 dozen jelly donut boxes he so graciously provided the round man each day! Hahahaha!

But who paid for all the donuts and greasy foods?

And do not forget the fuel dispensing station at the Public Works Complex. If you have a card you get free fuel. I wonder if a certain elected official and some employees report their fuel usage as a taxable fringe benefit? Where are you IRS and State Revenue Department when we need you?

thats old news i said years ago put up cameras to take videos at all fuel stations and review them everyday. of course we all know how you can fill a city property vehicle up then drive to a location to siphon off 10 gallons or so. bet you didnt know that all those vehicles get about 5 mile per gallon according to the odometer reading and actual fuel you put in..........who's monitoring this mileage?

NO ONE !

How do you police and monitor fuel management when the foxes are watching the hen house and the fuel depot?

Just like gate accountability at the International Village. The IV Chairperson has it under his strict management supervision. Ha Ha - is that why the Versailles Avenue establishment was visited several time be the authorities. The law officials will impose strict controls among other sanctions, etc.

Well, since I know other towns around here ,the worker has to log in his mileage everyday on the vehicle he /she is driving, once at the beginning of the shift and once at the end of the shift.
the date and time and fuel ( if needed ) have to be written down and signed by the operator of that vehicle ,this applies to all vehicles in that town. Council looks over the mileage and fuel dispensed every month . These practices should be a 'gimmie' since gasoline is so high and theft of it is even higher. All readings and fuel consumption should be recorded each and everyday.

This doesnt stop someone from filling up a 5 gallon gas container ( which happens ) for personal use,but it will cut down on the theft and numbers ( fuel/ mileage ratio ) should be in the ballpark every month...

I would say people are stealing approx 200-300 gallons of gas a week there, just on personal experience. It's been going on for a long time in the port and other towns as well....trust me.

Remember this story where the boro manager caught the theft but was overlooked by council OKing the bills? Any idiot can OK a bill and pay it, cause it's not their money they are paying the bill with, it's the tax payers money.

Now I can understand why council would not authorize an audit as recommended by the controller.
