Let me tell you something..... I am likely sharing the same sentiments as 90%+ of the honest/employed citizens of this city. The folks who work for a living, the folks that get up at 4 or 5am to commute to work, the folks who sit in rush hour traffic, the folks who have to drive in all sorts of weather, the folks who pay taxes, buy their own food with their hard earned money, the folks who pay their bills, take care of their own kids, their spouse, their home, etc... I can go on and on, and on.

I believe in God certainly, but a hypocrite? Nope sorry. If I had someone in my family who was a druggie? I'd hope they would overdose. If I had a piece of crap welfare thug in my family? Cut them loose and forget about them. Someone who was a criminal? Write them off. You live the life, you die the life Again. Why won't anyone say where this latest one worked? Just curious. In addition, the other one was a jitney driver. What was she paying a year in taxes? Was her license to operate a vehicle for hire current? Did they have Access cards?

Folks are gun crazy. How about in the Hill District there was a rally or memorial service for murdered teens- and someone got shot there?

It's not just in this city, but, it's the same people doing this.

Someone cares- I believe in God, but when I meet him, I don't think he will be flashing his Access card and gold tooth. I do have a heart, but I am sick of the garbage in this city.

Truth doesn't know the truth. Most of these politicians are not living in the high crime areas ofMcKeesport. They live in Fawcett area or Haler Heights. I shouldn't have to move from an area that I lived in for my whole life because the police refuse to solve these crimes or even patrol the streets over here. They just want them to kill each other off but eventually an innocent person will get hurt. Fawn Walker for mayor.
Eddie you are the most heartless person. I bet you are one of those hippocrates that show your face every Sunday before god. If I'm at church next week and the roof collapses I know we are part of the same parish. I hope if you have kids you didn't teach them the same hatred you have. I know people who judge other peoples kids for their wrong doings and wouldn't you know it their children make the same mistakes if not worse but I don't wish harm on others so I pray I'm wrong and I also pray you find Jesus and happiness in your heart. Hatred gets you nowhere buddy. Just remember we all have to answer for our sin one day and I feel I'll be able to explain mine and ask for forgiveness. Can you? I hope so really I do cause I don't hate others. Eddie wake up your not one to judge just the man above is. God Bless and I hope you find happiness. R.I.P
Carlos and god bless his family. I'm done responding to your hatred.

My deepest sympathy to BOTH peoples families...
To someone cares, it sounds like you are judging Eddie. Everyone agrees that it's for God to judge so let's not judge each other.
An honest dialogue is needed right now. Eddie may have said things in a hurtful or brash way but what he was saying has merit, I think. Did Carlos think at all about leaving his 7 children with out a father??? Or about the pain his death would cause his mother? I realize everyone thinks "not me" but in that life come on...What are his kids going to do now?? Hopefully none follow in his footsteps. It will be a tough life without a father to help guide them.

Did he know these 7 children or better yet did they know him ? How much time did he spend with them ? Did they know , feel & understand a father's love, guidance & influence ? That's the important question .
Too bad for his death - my sympathies to his family . But dammit , the ability to make babies & leave them behind does not constitute being a Father . Raising , nurturing & supporting them does .
Over 60% of black children are now growing up in a female run household . Why ?? Where are the fathers - where are the men of the house ?? Will not apologize for the truth - but anyhow , heartfelt condolences for their families .

Do you even know what you are talking about? Fawn Walker? When it cane time for her to buy a house she didn't pick the 7th ward warzone. She picked a nice spot in Grandview up from the Lake. She please don't give me that savior to the blacks of the city crap. Dellapenna lives in rough part of the city in the 8th ward. Carr lives on Versailles Ave. Segina lives not far from the roadway going to Crawford Village. Soles lives in Myer Park. No one would ever say they live in good parts of town. And recent former council members Diggs and Tedesco did live in those 6th and 7th ward warzones when they were on council. Cherepko does live in Fawcett, but that's where he grew up. Should he move? You probably couldn't even name your elected officials because you'd rather just run your mouth with bs.

Most people don't use or sell drugs!! Most people do work legally for what they need or want!! Get out of your ghetto thug lifestyles and beliefs.
Very true. Now if we can just get you to turn over your access cards and get a job and quit sponging off us tax payers, Mckeesport may just have a future.

Truth, last time I checked, Delapenna lives near GW which is in the heart of the 7th Ward. Soles lives in a very nice house in Myer Park which is still one of the nicest neighborhoods in the city. It is also part of the 11th Ward for your information. Loretta Diggs, though close to the Sixth Ward, actually lives in the 5th Ward. Mr. Segina lives close to a mile from Crawford in Jefferson Street about a block from Founder's Hall. Not exactly ghetto housing by anyone's standards. I'm not sure exactly where Ms. Walker-Montgomery has chosen to live but Grandview has it's share of crime and dilapidated houses. It would be good to get some truth in your posts if you wish to go by that name.

I checked out this website too, there are 2 pages of court records? All of these kids? Serious question. Does anyone know where he worked? Just curious
It's not right to kill another human being, for sure. But at the same time, if you are putting yourself in harm's way and possibly doing illegal stuff- Isn't that a consequence?

I was asked to come back so I have. Excuse me for being a few houses off of where the 5th and 6th ward border is. Doesn't change the fact that Diggs lives in a high crime area. Where Segina lives is right on the backway to Crawford Village. Which means he gets crap walking back thru there constantly. Meyer Park nice? Maybe in 1985. The warzone that is the GW area has moved down there. Yea Soles keeps his house nice. Good for him. Just like Diggs keeps her house beautiful but doesn't change the crap around them. Speaking of the GW warzone, you make my point more clear that Dellapenna lives in among the highest of crime areas. Fact are facts. Very few of the city officials live in Haler Heights like the ignorant reverse racist was spouting off about.

City employees or former employees or authorities or county or state employees living in Haler Heights out number the elected officials by at least 4 to 1. It could be as high as 5 to 1.

If Eddie spouts the truths and backs it up there is nothing wrong with that.

Eddie is to be commended for his passion for transparency.

I wonder what the good Eddie would do with a bootleg copy of the Connell School sex scandal "closed door and secretive" hearing transcripts? Maybe the newspaper that has a copy might share it with Eddie?

The crimes by the fabulous five (yes, I typed five) involve that statute of moral turpitude was violated.

There is no mechanism in our society to unring the sound and facts that the five committed moral turpitude crimes. These facts cannot be reversed and the secret report is believed to document such based on reporting from a news media that surreptitiously acquired a copy of the secret report.

The disturbing crime is the fact that the power brokers covered it up successfully, and one involved was severely punished and others rewarded with silence or monetarily compensation.

It seems like the PA Appeal Courts ruled that AD was unfairly punished and should be compensated for miscarriage of justice.

I agree with that, but all should have been considered for violating the following statute. The larger crime is the oppression of justice of the below law.

How is this consistent with the mayor's signs promoting a feel good theme?

237.9. Crimes involving moral turpitude.

(a) Definition. Moral turpitude includes the following:

(1) That element of personal misconduct in the private and social duties which a person owes to his fellow human beings or to society in general, which characterizes the act done as an act of baseness, vileness or depravity, and contrary to the accepted and customary rule of right and duty between two human beings.

(2) Conduct done knowingly contrary to justice, honesty or good morals.

This law doesnt not apply here , all that were involved werent fired, just the one was.
If all were fired ,then the it would have been a dead issue and all would have lost there jobs ,even the lookouts....like the guy behind the wheel of the car waiting for his partner to rob the bank and speed off togther.
