This guy's name(Carlos Hudson) wass in the paper all of the time being arrested etc...Go to the Pa docket search website/magesterial search amd you will see arrests dating back to about 1992. Also, momma says an awesome dad to his 7 kids. Wow! Where did he work to support them? His passenger/cousin, a jitney driver? Illegal occupation like his certainly.

Just because he has a record doesn't he deserved to get killed. He may not be father of the year but its still not right that his kids have no father now.

Who cares is a thoughtless racist pig that obviously does care enough to make this heartless remark about another human being whether he was doing illegal things or not doesn't make it right that he got killed.

Yes but the building of a new home should be the very best photo op! Lets RESPECT it! We're you serious about the recent shooting in McKeesport?
How many this year to date?
I thought parking was the worst problem for the chiefs of police to attend to in McKeesport! McKeesport Respect and integrity is a joke in that shrinking city loaded with decrepit old, abandoned wide open houses. Don't fear calling any cowards out, they are in for a lot of trouble. May as well let them do the dirty deeds in the open so nothing is hidden. Petty cowards in charge of McKeesport. Crap of a city.

My first day back at work in 2 1/2 weeks and I had to head down to McKeesport to do a home visit. So I checked out the company car and headed down to the Tube City. Or shall I say the Former Tube City?

McKeesport is a former manufacturing city, and since the decline of industry, it always seems like it's trying to pull itself back up. It's downtown is kind of a ghost town. And there are always a few things which catagorize cities like this. First of all, when all else fails, build parking decks and transit centers like McKeesport, Johnstown, and Atoona have. You look at these semi vacant facilities and you have to wonder whether or not they're just space fillers on otherwise vacant land.

The other thing you do of course is take wonderful old buildings and slap awful new facades on them in the name of mid 20th Century "modernization". Such is the case of Immel's. I found it while looking for a place to eat.

As for Immel's, it looks like it was some sort of department store. Being someone who loves shopping, I wonder what their clientele was. Likely it was a mid-price department store ala Sears or JC Penney. It probably catered to the entire family. You could probably get anything the family needed here--clothes, TVs, furniture, etc, at lower prices than Kaufmann's or Hornes. I'll bet they even had a candy and popcorn counter here too! Maybe even a cafeteria or coffee shop.

I've seen pictures of Downtown McKeesport in its heyday. It was a thriving place full of stores, offices, and restaurants. But the 1-2 punch of the fall of industry and the new regional malls like Monroeville and Century III sealed its fate. Even the nearby Eastland Mall fell to changing times.

Wait a minute here. I'm going to bat for Whocares. Where is the racist comment? What was said that was racist? Seriously- I read the post 3 or 4 times, and see nothing, absolutely nothing racist? I see nothing about color, ethnicity- nothing. Gotta stop with the race card, the blame game.

I checked out this website too, there are 2 pages of court records? All of these kids? Serious question. Does anyone know where he worked? Just curious

It's not right to kill another human being, for sure. But at the same time, if you are putting yourself in harm's way and possibly doing illegal stuff- Isn't that a consequence?

You got it right Eddie. No too different with the risk that our policeman and fireman encounter each day in doing their jobs.

They and their families know and worry about the risk and dangers of their loved one each day, They know it when they leave for work.

If you are engaged in purported illegal activities or have a history of such, most would conclude that your are operating in the harms way zone. It is not a matter of if, but when. No one forced the person to engage in this high risk illicit activity.

Just like investing - high risk provides high returns, but sometimes the risky investment crashes.

The county website shows 2 pages of arrests/offenses, beginning with charges of robbery, simple and aggrevated assault, firearm not to be carried by a former convict.
That was when he was 20.

Where did he work? Not sure but his mom was quoted as saying he had a cleaning business in downtown Pittsburgh.

The county website also shows that he was also charged with 10 counts of manufacturing / delivery, 1 count of running a corrupt organization and 1 count of criminal use of a communication facility and was held on half million dollar bail.

There's your job. There's your occupational hazard.

Eddie, Who Cares, Prudence Juris and No Running Nose are ruthless this guy, whether employed or a criminal, is still a Human Being, Father, Son and Brother and all you care about is his looking up his criminal record. Instead you should take time out to say a prayer for his family. If your kids were selling drugs would you think they deserve to be killed? I think not and before you think you raised them better I don't care what you teach your kids they still will do what they want. I actually know the man and he isn't a bad guy I also know his kids and they are distraught. This violence will never stop now his kids are without a father. Just because he didn't choose the right path doesn't mean he was teaching his children to do the same. I don't agree with his life decisions either but I don't read about this news and judge his character and think its right for him to be murdered, I pray that his children learn from his mistakes and do good for themselves. I'm sure none of you people are up for sainthood and you have made mistakes too. The only one that has the right to judge him is the man above and to answer where the racist remark was when she is writing " momma says" you know damn well you are writing it like that because she is black if not you would have simply wrote His Mom or His Mother not momma. I hope none of you people ever have to deal with a tragedy like his family is dealing with now, no matter if your a criminal or not. Its not like he is a killer. The police think the same way you guys do that he is a drug dealer and deserved what he got but that is not helping this city out. NOBODY DESERVES TO BE KILLED AND I HOPE THAT WHOEVER DID THIS IS BROUGHT TO JUSTICE. Let 12 peers judge the killer not 12 rounds. Last thing if Carlos was such a bad guy and a known criminal then why didn't the police get him off the streets. Why? Because they don't care as long as this doesn't effect them up in Haler Heights its not their problem.Like most of the politicians in office they live in Haler Heights and this isn't their problem.

Only 3 of 9 elected city officials live in Haler Heights. They would be councilors McCall and Brewster-Filotei and controller Malinchak. Only 1 of 7 city department directors live in Haler Heights. That would be administrator Gergely. The city DJ does not live in Haler Heights. But don't let the truth get in the way of your idiotic rant. The police did do their job. Hence how much time that criminal spent in jail in his life.

What a croc of crap! Everyone with some sense should ignore them and don't feed into the BS! LEAVE THEM STUCK IN THEIR OWN B.S. AND LET THEM KEEP ETHNOCENTRICALLY ASKING THE MIRROR ON THE WALL WHO IS THE FAIREST OT THEM ALL! F'EM THEM ALL! DON'T FEED INTO THEIR B.S.! THEY DESERVE EACH OTHER!

At least 10 to 12 active or inactive City employees live in Haler Heights or the 12 precinct, i.e. police, fireman, and central administration. The former City CD director lives in HH. And the late Emergency Management Coordinator and election financial manager for campaign reports for JB and MC lived in HH.

Also, a present councilman RP is believed to be actively seeking a home or a building lot in Haler Heights.

Haler Heights is also host to a unsanctioned ATV entertainment center. The Twelfth Precinct partially hosts a City Park, part of a Penn State, a fire station, churches, a lake, gas wells, a tulip garden, a parochial high school, an overnight parking lot for several City and County owned vehicles, and several private hunting parcels.

Some might perceive the Twelfth Precinct as the cultural and wealth center of the City, and except for a murder years ago on Beckman Drive, Serra school bus shooting years ago, and recent Renzie incidents, it is essentially void of serious crime.

I believe the only feel good sign in HH is in the City administrator's yard and it is working very well for the Twelfth Precinct.

I believe what some are knowingly or unknowingly reestablishing is a rigid profile that surprisingly captures the life style attributes of almost all of the Port street crime and murders victims.

This profile includes what you state in your "relatives" post which is applicable to every one of us. That is a common attribute among all members of the human race that is independent of any wrong doings or nationality. In other words, it is a classic family tree truism.

Is it possible that if you are home with your baby mama, seven kids, and family then your family could not receive a "whacking" phone call from the police?

Were are sorry for his family and loved ones. But he knew that he was living in the fast lane of harms way.

Lol that's what is wrong with you criminal thugs. You think it's common and normal to have a criminal history!! Earth to ghetto people... Most people don't have a criminal past! Most people don't use or sell drugs!! Most people do work legally for what they need or want!! Get out of your ghetto thug lifestyles and beliefs.

Truth doesn't know the truth. Most of these politicians are not living in the high crime areas of McKeesport. They live in Fawcett area or Haler Heights. I shouldn't have to move from an area that I lived in for my whole life because the police refuse to solve these crimes or even patrol the streets over here. They just want them to kill each other off but eventually an innocent person will get hurt. Fawn Walker for mayor.
Eddie you are the most heartless person. I bet you are one of those hippocrates that show your face every Sunday before god. If I'm at church next week and the roof collapses I know we are part of the same parish. I hope if you have kids you didn't teach them the same hatred you have. I know people who judge other peoples kids for their wrong doings and wouldn't you know it their children make the same mistakes if not worse but I don't wish harm on others so I pray I'm wrong and I also pray you find Jesus and happiness in your heart. Hatred gets you nowhere buddy. Just remember we all have to answer for our sin one day and I feel I'll be able to explain mine and ask for forgiveness. Can you? I hope so really I do cause I don't hate others. Eddie wake up your not one to judge just the man above is. God Bless and I hope you find happiness. R.I.P
Carlos and god bless his family. I'm done responding to your hatred.
