Mr. Ference are you alluding that the senator may, might or could be indicted shortly or you will expose less than complimentary information about many if timely indictments are forthcoming?
Wow! These are rather preposterous and possible slanderous allegations or speculations.
The Port has strong reasons to suspect that the senator and late infamous Dr. Risha had dealings in covering up the Cornell School sex scandal for the elected official he mentored. It is well known that around that timeframe that the senatorís relative got an ďearnedĒ a job with MASD. It is well known that he significantly benefited politically from the city solicitor working relentlessly over the years using city resources and time (thief of services).
It is rumored that there might be a Risha/Imbrogno/Paint Contract link to the MHA where the senator donates his time as chairman. We know that no one seems to care or know if being a state senator and chairman of authority federally funded are incompatible positions? Some question why the MHA chairman provided the MHA solicitor with a government vehicle? Some say that the MHA solicitor contributed to the senatorís campaign fund.
However, I doubt if any of the above are transgressions worthy of state or federal indictments. Of course, as you allude there could lurk more serious matters that only you are privy to.
I sympathize with your sonís tragic incident and your never-ending search for elusive justice. And, it appears that each day you and your family inch toward justice. However, I tend to believe that you are over zealous in your jaded opinion of our revered and beloved senator who has a Crawford Village building and three monuments named in honor and recognition. He donated to over 25 charitable institutions in the Port, abet it was taxpayer money that he got publicly for.
I would suggest you lighten up on the senator because he did not do anything others in his numerous positions are doing throughout the Commonwealth. To perpetuate his legacy it is rumored he will urge an offspring to run for Port council. His legacy is present in many facets of local government, local union, and some state government. Now that is one civic minded family tree. He is doing his part to reduce unemployment which is a very patriot act.
I would love to see a Mob Valley version of St. Valentine's Day masacre except with guys like Brewster, Logan, Scully and so many more scoundrels being rounded up and sent to the Zappala County Jail. But my guess is we may have to wiat for March Madness before any action starts to take place.

Mr. Ference:

Eighteen days and still counting! We pray and hope your predications are accurate and swift. However, they are all entitled to due process.

If your name or my name along with their names is on target letters so be it. You and I can opt for immunity or a plea bargain. Can they opt for immunity?

My gut feeling is that if indictments or target letters are forthcoming, your list is much too short!

Brewster, Logan, Scully and all the others are traitors to this country. They should be sent to Cuba and waterboarded like all the other terrorists. That's the due process they deserve.

By the way, Imrogno was married to the sister of the bagman for Risha. He collected for Big Al who collected for the remnants of the Ripeppi Family still involved with the mob. They collected for the Zappala Family.

A very close relative of Bill Scully is an in-law with the old bagman for Risha as well. Maybe, the feds now have a reason to contact Scully.

You see how it all starts to come together. Now all they have to do is verify Ralph Imbrogno's answers with the ones that Scully gives them. That's of course if he hasn;t already been quizzed.

Mr. Ference:

Thank you for the insight and dot connecting.

I would expect that the Federal Agents quizzed Mr. Imbrogno in depth before he earned a plea bargain.

If they didn't, the fix is in. That's why you have to double check your work. Kind of like proof reading an article before it goes to print.

Bill Scully and Ralph Imbrogno are connected to Muzz who was the bagman for Risha when he operated a gambling joint on Waddell Avenue. Ralph was married to Muzz's sister Rose, and Muzz is an inlaw to Bill Scully's sister.

The joint on St. Clair Avenue is owned by a woman who lives in the Webster area I beleive. Her home overlooks the Mon River. Her boss was/is Big Al. Big Al reports to what's ever left of the Ripeppi Family's interest in organized crime.

The Ripeppi's is the connection to the Zappala Crime Family.

You put way too much stock in fabricated stories. Risha is dead, and never had anything to do with organized crime... EVER. Imbrogno is a nobody..again.. fabricated stories... Pass it along enough and people think it is true. There is no "joint" on St Clair Ave and no mysterious woman in Webster. LOL.. Ask "Big AL" he will tell you. The Ripeppi's are alive and well... and our Local COunty DA has Zero connection either. He is the one guy not to mess with... you will go straight to Jail.. without passing Go!.

You should try to convince Mr. Imbrogno and his defense attorney and the prosecuting Assistant US Attorney that these 32 wrongdoings were fabricated. Ralph will love you for that effort.

The late Dr. Risha was caught red-handed on a numbers violation years ago in Clairton and someone took the rap for him.

The late Dr. Risha was indicted by the Feds with Mr. Imbrogno for bid rigging. Mr. Imbrogno was sentenced to 5 months in a half way house, 5 months house arrest, and 5 years probations and a fine of over $90,000.

You may wish to consider this nothing but I believe Ralph will not agree with you. He was charged on one count, and the Assistant US Attorney was sitting on 10 similar counts. Others claim that there were about 32 counts total and Ralph was nailed on only one as part of a plea bargain.

Now what parts of these indictments and Ralph's conviction were fabricated?

All he did was give a contract to a buddy that needed the business. His issue was not "connected".. it is being stupid. Unfortunately for him, Stupidity is a crime in this case. By law, he was required to open the job with Public notice to accept all bids.. and award the lowest. He screwed up. Nothing to do with Organized crime.

This is what happens when the Sicilian mob runs your government. Take this to your gombah Zappala.

How does a catholic priest in the Pittsburgh Diocese convince 5-year-old boys not to report being abused?

Itís simple; they scare the hell out of them. While PA law enforcement, elected officials and the media refuse to expose this horrific problem, Iíve tried for over 24 years to make them finally do their job; so far, not much success.

One of the first things catholic priests did in the Pittsburgh Diocese is to threaten to kill the youngsters; most of the time this works. But to make sure that innocent children will do whatever they are told to do by dysfunctional sex freaks in clericís attire, sometimes they bring a kitten or puppy to the rape sessions. Why a kitten or puppy, you ask?

The sicko priests allow the innocent children to play with the puppies and kittens so as to build an immediate loving bond. Then with no warning, the sicko catholic priest steps on the head of the kitten or puppy allowing the children to hear the whining and slowing death of the little animal. After a few minutes the catholic priest crushes the head of the animal one more time slowly putting the animal to death. The young children hearing the crunch of the skull and the final gasp of breath.

Just one more reason the Pittsburgh Diocese has covered up the sins of satanic catholic priests within the Pittsburgh Diocese. Sadly, what has been described to me happened more than once and the priest may still be active in the Pittsburgh Diocese. Yet, there is nowhere to go for help.

This is false and has nothing to do with anything related to organized crime,or port business. Just because a few priests have been exposed does not mean all of them are. Using your logic... all of the teachers are screwing each other after school is out and every cop is a mass murderer about to explode.

The former PA Supreme Court Chief Justice Zappala sits on the Pittsburgh Diocesan review board. He makes sure no cases ever get to court. His son Stevie, our illustrious DA sits on the US Bishop's Conference board that oversees clergy sex abuse. Guess Wuerl needed some Sicilian muscle. Many former members of the US Bishops Conference liken the board to organized crime.

DA was appointed to the board on June 1st 2010. That's the same day a victim of Cash for Kids scandal committed suicide. He was forced to go to Gregory Zappala's private juvenile detention center on two seperate occassions. The judges were bought and sold like stolen merchandise at an outdoor flea market.

This article explains the relationship between the Zappala Crime Family and the other families quite clearly. It also mentions the relationship with Antonio Ripeppi.
