The assistant Chief is a real asset to our MPD and the community. He will make his mark on our city over time. You can take that to the bank.

We must not forget that is was JB that recognized his talent and offered him this significant promotion. We thank you senator.
I agree that he will make his mark on our city in time. He is an excellent police officer.

Just finished reading Tanya Kach's account of her 10-year ordeal with Tom Hose. Based on her book I would have a hard time picking who is a worse individual; Pedophile Tom Hose or the McKeesport Police who never lifted a finger to solve the case.

I had to call a friend to make the decision. That story reeks of a child/sex/drug ring in McKeesport. The so-called teachers and administrators at Cornell Middle School should be sent to a third-world prison.

Remember a former MPD police chief (not chief at the time) was responsible for Cornell School security during the Hose and the Cornell School sex scandle era.

The mystery remains if there is any link to the unsolved murder of the young lady in the cemetery. This link seems to cycle over time and fades out.

Based on what the McKeesport Police did in the Tanya Kach case, it's very easy to make the jump that they are also capable of murder. You had an asssitant DA Ditka whi is used to working within a corrupt DA and judicial system negotiating a plae deal with Jimmy Ecker. Most recently, I heard his associate Dilicente brag about how much his firm charges for their services because how good they are. That's BS. The only thing Ecker does is negotiate the best possible deal for his clients who are privvy to either inside information or information that can compromise a person in a high position.

Local college students need to connect the dots on on crimes occurring in McKeesport. WHo was the police chief, mayor, solicitor for school and ciyt, etc. As a matter of fact, that's a great idea. I'll start contacting local colleges asap.

The pressure must come from all sides. Keep in mind we had to drop two atomic bombs on Japan before they said it was enough. The Japanese were merely one of our enemies during World War II. Jimmy B and his gang are terrorists and capable of anything.

Is that the same police officer who allegedly impregnated a young black girl who may now live in the vicinity of Coursin Street?
Good Appointments

Let us not drift off the topic.

I agree with the former mayor when he appointed officer Green as the assistant chief. Excellent choice for an assistant chief and for the city and for diversity.

The fomer mayor aways made good appointment selections and is a good mentor. He picked an excellent replacement for himself for IV chairperson.

The best selection for law department head was John Elash. He spearheaded the moptop Fifth Beatle out of city hall. Excellent job, but he's facing charges on 2 DUI counts now. Is the case continued for a few days into March 2013? What will be the outcome?

MIDA ousted from city hall- priceless!

It may not be as priceless as you wish it to be. When and if the authorities interview the Beetle about all the alleged corruptions in the city, it may not be very priceless or harmless for a few!

Beetles never get mad; they just open their wings and abscond. One does not know if the beetle’s flight path is in the direction of the investigating authorities’ interrogation rooms.
