All the money spent on the investigation you need to all go down. Lets clean house get rid of the scum of the city. Oh wait a minute you still have your teaching degree. Propel looks good for my children . Bye to lies

"Mr. Melocchi boasts on the wiretap about his connections in McKeesport with the mayor.
"It's sweet. Me and the mayor are like this, I let, I do whatever I want in that town." Mr. Melocchi said.
Whether that was mere braggadocio or truthful commentary is unknown. McKeesport Mayor Mike Cherepko has declined interview requests. But his solicitor, J. Jason Elash, said the mayor and Mr. Melocchi were only acquaintances.
Campaign finance records show that Mr. Melocchi contributed a total of $3,650 to Mr. Cherepko's campaign in 2011 and 2012, and Mr. Melocchi's wife donated another $400."

If the mayor is involved, based on the wire tap he "appears" to be, then Brewster is without a doubt involved. Everyone knows Mike was put into office because Brewster backed him. There is no way they didn't know what was going on. The machines were in plain view at Pepino's. In this day and age if you are running for office and you do not employ someone to look into who is contributing to your campaign, you're a fool.

"Melocchi admitted to operating 360-400 illegal video display gambling devices and other, legitimate machines at approximately 63 (sixty-three) locations, yielding between $800,000 to $900,000 in revenue annually," the affidavit said.

And yet Porky only reports making approx $320K a year? hmmmmmmmmmmmm?

Where did the rest go?

Mayor Cherepko now it is understandable why you are considering postponing your surgery. The blood pressure and heart beat rate might a little above the threshold.

With these revelations today by the Post-Gazette you Mayor should resign along with the two Gergely brothers, Councilman Carr and Senator Brewster.

I think that Solicitor Elash should stay because he needs the medical coverage.

Your arrogance and bully demeanor got you into this mess not to mention the stupidity of your following decisions:

Fired Mr. Pittman

Threatened and forced CD director to resign

Illegally enticed a PWD employee with $25,000 to retire

Fired MACM Superintendent Rost (not reported by DN)

Hired your relative at MACM

Cornell School sex scandal involvement

Protected your 2X DUI solicitor

Used your 2X DUI solicitor to campaign on the clock

Personal use of City owned SUV

Received contributions from an indicted vendor

Protected indicted Councilman Carr for his council seat

Enticed AJ Tedesco to join your team with a significant salary increase and neutralized a potential future political opponent.

Appointed indicted Councilman Carr to IV and Palisades management

Supporting your buddy Jimbo Barry for the vacant council seat when he has two contracts with the city which is a conflict of interest.

Illegally implemented a MACM "Host Fee" which will be challenged in court by other municipalities

Covered up back rent owned by your 2X DUI solicitor

Protected the well connected campaign supporters from paying their business privilege taxes

Got exposed by Council President Segina for trying to sneak the purchase of several vacant properties past the public. You might want to put your home building plans on hold until the video machine trial(s) are completed.

Mayor I think that you cannot bully your way out of this one after a few of the indicted flip to become key Commonwealth witnesses. Carr could be among the first to flip.

You might want to apply to Propel.

Above all you are the consummate hypocrite. YOU BRING negativity to our beloved City, but use that term against others. This was a favorite tactic of former Mayor Brewster that you inherited.

You should resign and lawyer up. It appears to some that your buddy Pork Chop may have indicted you in the news media.

Have a good day at your next crisis management meeting at the Senator's penthouse office.

Lets do the math, Porky gets about 1/3 of the take, the other 1/3 is divided between the businesses where the machines are located. The final 1/3 is divided between the runners who pick up the cash and I believe the bribes, payoffs or whatever you want to call it, to the officials who looked the other way.

I agree in part with your math.

But all of the elected official insist they barely know the Pork Chop. Why would the Pork Chop share his illegal loot with persons he barely knows?

Just because one elected official recently purchased an up scale and luxury Chev pickup truck is no valid reason to suspect bribes.

Once, the authorities find out who are the runners, if any, the house of Corruption City will collapse.

The big question -- Should the puppet councilpersons be equally guilty for all this corruption with their eye wide shut? May be the duke of councilpersons, Mr. Keith Soles can explain why they are not at fault by default?

Keith is an unwavering supporter of Mike and Jason and his wife socializes with the senator's spouse.

Call them bribes, call them kickbacks it doesn't really matter. Porky mentioned having the mayor in his corner. So it would lend itself to believe there is money involved.

I have to be clear that I am speculating but I find it hard to believe he isn't involved. AG Kane is building a resume to run for Governor and she is going to hammer away to get the big fish. It will look good in campaign ads bringing down corruption at the highest levels.

If the Mayor is involved Brewster is involved.
I truly believe they outted the first 16 to get the phone tree buzzing to catch the bigger fish. Once they realized that phones were tapped everything went in doors and I'd bet the usual hang outs are tapped as well.

I think then Mayor Brewster also with the late Dr. Risha orchestrated the Cornell School sex scandal cover up for the bully school teacher at that time and now mayor.

I have a far reach prediction that Mikey competing his term for mayor could be in serious danger.

This is working into the hand of his new CD Director who is poised to persuade the puppet council to appoint him. This could be happening right under the nose of Jimmy and Mikey because the Pork matter distracted them.

We now have a template for exposing corrupt politicians like Punkie Brewster. In the near future we will be organizing to expose all of the rotten scoundrels in the Mon Valley. Time to kick the mob out along with their democratic shitheads.

Stay posted. In the meantime if Porky has video poker machines in your town, boro or city chances are very good that your politicians and police is totally corrupt just like the city of McKeesport.

Stand up you don't have to take it anymore.

More instructions coming soon.

P.S. Thanks to Ralph Imbrogno for getting the ball rolling.

The 4 thousand dollars is money on the record to show they donated. It's the illegal money under the table that is the problem.

Cloonan chose that story in some flowery way to make McKeesport crimes appear above board.

Cloonan is Daily News, Brewster has Cloonan in his pocket. Brewster is friends with the owner of The Daily News in McKeesport.

These politicians could resign because they are the negativity of McKeesport. Cherepko and Brewster laughing just before the indictments was well noted. They were drunk with power and the illegal gambling money.

1.1 million dollars confiscated isn't 50/50 ticket money.

McKeesporters should start picketing in front of city hall against corrupt politicians.

if you have a library card most will let you use computers for free,if they are crowded then your time is limited, if hardly anyone is using them, you can spend considerable time on them.
just go around and have 2 or 3 different library cards and WALA! I dont think the government taps into library computers. IMO

The city pays for his cell phone with internet capacity.

He should be very cautious about being enticed to plaice sport bets now that the Red has been disabled.

He will not be named on the next round of indictments. He is clean as the driven snow.

The night the story broke I noticed that 93 people were viewing at one time. So these same 5 people basically have 20 computers at their disposal each to post from I suppose. As I post this there are 43 viewers online. People do not have to post to read and find out what is really going on in town.
