The mayor, state rep and the senator will not be indicted, only questioned ( if that ) which will be presented,
so keep on dreaming that you're going to get 3 birds with stone, it aint happening.
Lets see, you got campaign contributions, money given to parties, golf outings, various other events. No crime there.
Plus a few phone conversations that are a bit fuzzy and easily explained.
This will all come out in due time.
The machine has the power to keep rolling on and control of those that are beneath them.
So keep your fingers crossed ,your testicles, your teats ,or whatever, your wishes will not come true.
No matter what is posted in here or hearsay.
Keep dreaming though, we love the company.:-)

I think that is what Veon, Orie, DeWeese, Habay, Mellow, Fumo, Perzel, Skiba, Lucus, Improgno, Cross, and Neuman, were all so sure of themselves and crowing the same song. But, then indictments, trials, and sentencing surprised them. Off to the cage for most.
It was first reported on Topix the extent and nature of the gaming machine raids. Exept for one small picture and about 35 words, the Daily News invoked a news black out until the Post Gazette scooped them every day.
How about the City solicitor campaigning on the clock for years for Jimmy and Mike -- were all these phone call records destroyed? That did a few other reps and senators significant harm and cage time.

It is unfair and slanderous to allude that our esteemed mayor could be indicted at this time.
His name and the senator's have not publicly surfaced in the 134 page search warrant affidavit. But, that is only one source of AG information.
Only the state grand jury and the AG know what incriminating facts and information, if any, were provided by those who were subpoenaed to testify like Rep Gergely's staffer and several unnamed others.
Also, the information provided by the believed up to three confidential informants, other covert sting operations, tails, location interviews, surveillance technology, potential plea bargains, and tipsters, if any, could be a game changer.
Councilman Carr is in a very difficult pinch. Those felon charges and his IRS liens and his untaxed profits from selling "stops" and his weekly untaxed take have not even reached the plate yet. And, the Feds are silent but might be polishing up their RICO lasso for a toss.
Dan's options are very limited and flipping becomes more attractive in exchange for dropping the felony charges. Mike and Jimmy threw Dan under the bus. Dan did not endear himself to Mike Joyce when he fired him for no logical cause.
Dandy Dan could be squeezed. The State does not need more information on the gaming machine locations. They want to determine how involved ALL elected officials might be with Porkster's corrupt organization.
Any kickbacks and was the Porkster purchasing protection with cash under the table and if yes, from whom? That is the entire case IMO.
Mayor Cherepko should hope that the state AG does not subpoena Pittman, Segina, Soles, AJ Tedesco, Budd, Rost, Malinchak, Tomasic, Kuharski, Callen, Gobel, Shermenti, Elash, or Joyce for the grand jury or trials.
Tough question for the Mayor Mike. Why did James Cerqua of Clairton contribute $500 to your campaign on May 2, 2013. Does he have the same name as one of the 16 indicted? Did two indicted persons contributed to your campaign?
If this is the same person that was indicted are you going to return it?

You are clueless LOL! No one but a few jerks on here are asking for the Mayor to step down, you'll need a petition and storm City Hall with about 1000 people..or you can wait until next election , no one cares about poker machines.I mean honestly? LMAO! The Mayor and the machine is like a well oiled train that just keeps rolling along LOL! Ever the immature poll shows you that no one cares LOL!

I think a bully mayor of a very large west coast city recently resigned due to public pressure and unwanted never ending publicly.
#6 Sep 30, 2013
Great..when you get 18 women to come forward and say they were groped by the mayor,,,,then he might step down..BUT it has to be proven in a court of law ,like those 4 women that acussed that doctor in fox chapel for groping them and putting his hands down their pants,,,I see two of their cases were withdrawn (thrown out ) and the other two are going to be thrown out in court. LOL.. Just a bunch of women who claimed to have been groped for years but kept going back to the doc..LOL>..sounds like a fast money making scheme for those women to make up stories to ruin a good doctor...
One claims she was groped and kissed but went back to him once a month for 35 months after that ( I bet she enjoyed being fingered )?? HUH? 4 women out to scam the good doctors name...i'm surprised not one said they were raped.....isnt that and easy court case to scam money from guys? LOL! You just cant believe anything you read.......I know the lawyer defending the good doc, it will be laughed out of court.....LMAO! PLUS , I think they all enjoyed the groping until the doc cut off their painkillers they were taking... a woman's scorn .......(snicker )

No need to storm city hall. Just stay at home and circulate a removal petition in your neighborhood.
You got to follow the rules folks, something that City Hall is not accustomed to. It seems like about 600 signatures on a removal petition may do it. The electorate has two scandals to ponder - Cornell School and Porky proclaiming he owns the City and police force.
The rules follow:
CHAPTER 1. RECALL OF MAYOR AND OTHER ELECTIVE OFFICERS
§ 9.9-100. Officers Subject to Recall.
Any person holding an elective office of the City, whether by election, succession, or appointment to fill a vacancy, shall be subject to removal from office at a recall election in the manner provided in this chapter.
Purposes: 1. The power is vested in the electorate to recall officials elected by them so that such officials may be directly responsible for their behavior in office to the electorate. The Charter vests responsibilities of great magnitude in the Mayor, the City Controller and Councilmen. The electorate is entitled to expect the proper discharge of those responsibilities and in accordance with promises made when office was sought, barring changes in circumstances which justify other courses of action.
The power of the electorate to recall should serve as a spur to elected officials to be faithful to this trust. It is also intended to serve as an expeditious and effective means for removing from office an elected official who has failed to sustain such trust. Cf. the impeachment procedure under the Act of June 25, 1919, P. L. 581, Article IV, Section 9 and the experience thereunder.
2. While no charges are required to be lodged formally against an elected official to subject him to a recall election, it is anticipated on the basis of experience in other jurisdictions having the recall, that the electorate will exercise its power to recall wisely, for good reasons and in accordance with the purposes and spirit of the recall.
3. Elected officials subject to recall are the Mayor, the City Controller, the City Treasurer and Councilmen.
§ 9.9-101. Recall Procedure.
(1) A recall of an incumbent of an elective office shall be initiated upon petition signed by registered electors. In the case of an elective office to which a candidate is elected from the City at large, the petition shall contain signatures equal in number to at least twenty-five percent of the vote cast for the office of Mayor at the last preceding mayoralty election but signatures from any one ward in excess of one-fifth of the total number required on a petition shall not be counted. In the case of an elective office to which a candidate is elected from a district of the City, the petition shall contain signatures of registered electors in the district equal in number to at least twenty-five percent of the vote cast for the office at the last election. Every recall petition shall name the officer against whom it is directed.

You asked similar retarded questions as to nothing as far as indictments for illegal McKeesport gambling. You didn't see it when you asked but the process was in the works. We do see some tall lanky bald suspenders wearing immature DUI pleading guilty, McKeesport solicitor partial lawyer credentialed divorced bald man walking into city hall. Where is the white Cadillac SUV? No where to be seen. It was destroyed at 716 Long Run road when the DUI John Jason Elash crashed into it drunk.

#15 Oct 1, 2013
Why should they storm city hall when the state rep, mayor and senator get indicted?
Get it? INDICTED!!!!!
#16 Oct 2, 2013
It certainly is within the realm of possibility that one of more of them could be indicted along with their MDC endorsed colleague Councilman Carr who should be removed or resign immediately.
Any person or persons who would openly express their public displease toward any MDC darling could be subject to severe retaliation or danger.
Be smart and give the authorities any tips that might support their investigations.
When and if Carr flips, other elected officials become candidates for indictments not reelection.
All are entitled to due process and are now presumed innocent, except for Mr. Carr who appears to be burnt toast. But, as the investigation proceeds, this could change abruptly.
#17 Oct 2, 2013
Lot of Internet traffic out of 501 Fifth Avenue today?
#18 Oct 2, 2013
That's right any complaints will be met with immediate retaliation. We have the power and will continue to have the power.
#19 Oct 2, 2013
I'll be the one to take the brunt for all of you with this Brewster bunch. I could care less how much time I grab from them because they have it to dedicate to retaliate with anyway. I will continue to vote the way I see fit as my rights aren't privy to the favors. I intend on suing, trotting, dropping dimes all over the place about the corrupt ness of McKeesport. McKeesport operates on the CDBG (Community Development Block Grant) as the news reported in the past. Ironically, code enforcement isn't closed with the government budget shut down. I have a lot of legal papers, calls (dropping those dimes) about McKeesport playing games selectively with people.
After all, the mayors brother did tell me once he can ignore or fine anyone by choice. That's how the laws are selectively enforced in McKeesport. They choose who and when to enforce them by the senator Brewsters brothers own admission. He said to lie to get what I wanted once and I refused. You cannot communicate with the leaders if McKeesport because they will simply promise to call you and speak with you but fail the promise every opportunity. Rather, they will retaliate using the laws to whomever does not donate (buy them off) they don't owe favors to.
These aren't normal conversation types, but are very shady. The false accusations to Paul Shelly were false McKeesport officials allowed to pass and comment about. Like Paul Shelly aka Sluggo or not he didn't commit the false charged crime. Remember, city officials only selectively comment to news or newspapers negatively about those they do not like. If they refuse, it's for the sake of protected and covering up with a sad excuse to not speak. Any of these politicians comment about the councilman Daniel Carr yet publicly? I'd like to see what the comments are, if any.
The MDC in McKeesport in particular is retaliatory by nature. Not Democrats in general because you will have wayward politicians on either side from time to time. I vote for what I believe with the most information possible at the voting time whom I think will take the best responsibility of the people, not simply whom is in a certain party. McKeesport for the most part is well known for favors, buy offs and refusing to see crimes at The Viking with the illegal gambling selectively.
If you see someone getting all kinds if unusual false charges, fines, problems from McKeesport officials you'll know you can trust them for the most part. You'll know they don't simply pull a D lever or follow the McKeesport cover up status quo.
McKeesport, PA. has too many officials with a mean streak for selfish agenda reasons.
Politically or McKeesport negativity are the following:
The 16 indicted in the illegal Viking McKeesport gambling ring.
Ben South of the McKeesport administration office for child pornography on work computers.
A once McKeesport police officer copying a ladies house key and entering her house in McKeesport.
The McKeesport Police Pay Scam
The DUI attempted cover up for John Jason Elash
A officer from McKeesport that illegally repossessed a vehicle in another area town.
The bogus money refused from year to year by the now senator Brewster but given to him as a $83,000 lump sum suspiciously at later date.
False charges issued to former councilman Paul Shelly
The harassment and firing of Dennis Pittman, former McKeesport city administrator
The letting go or firing is suspicious of Bethany Budd Bauer of CDBG department
Every fired or let go position is suspicious because if the vast amount of the same positions lost in favor of MDC or political family friends and relatives? What else?
All the donated to organizations abused the money from the Brewstef fund. Anyone have a list with amounts given or is that a secret too Brewster? You weren't very forthcoming as promised about the McKeesport Pay Scam as you promised. Quite simply, none if you running McKeesport are to be trusted.
Stay away from the corrupt McKeesport, PA.

At this time only those 16 indicted are in legal trouble.
The rest of us, including the Mayor and other elected officials, are 100% innocent.
Only an indictment with my name affixed to it and others with their name affixed to it can change our status with respect to this corruption investigation.
Yes, I expect more indictments and hope my name is not on one.
As this state investigation proceeds, it appears that more damaging information could stretch out the delivery date for the next batch of indictments.
