Excellent job by police and all the witnesses. That drunk offer thinks its funny and is facing a felony charge. Destiny, the big bald man in the little house want to punch me? You can go to jail with the drunk driver. He was caught last year by Versailles police.

What a surprise, black kids chimping out and destroying their neighborhood. That's the only thing they're good at, breaking windows, throwing garbage everywhere and flattening tires. I'm sure their mothers were at the bar fighting with their new baby daddies. We need to do away with section-8, it's what causes all these problems and we all know it.
Here's a hint for mayors of these towns: section-8 provides no tax income. These people don't work, and will never work or pay taxes. Tax payers flee to nice neighborhoods, houses become abandoned bringing in more crime. If any mayor out there cares about their town they need to limit section-8. Building inspectors need to make it near impossible for it to pass inspection. Abandoned houses need torn down immediately. Forget road work and community BS and invest your money in bull dozers and wrecking balls. Entire sections of towns need erased, streets and all. Once you clear out all the trash, tax payers might stay and fix up their homes (they won't if they are just going to get destroyed).
I grew up in Duquesne, I endlessly spoke to mayors and police chiefs and they feel that bringing in more section-8 residents helps the town. They want to build new homes, and just ignore all the blight and all the people that try to keep their neighborhood nice. But who wants a new home right next to 10 abandoned homes, a drug bar, and 30 single moms that just let their kids run the streets all night because they are more worried about their new boyfriends, their hair, or getting high?
Here's a true recent story about Duquesne. A developer wanted to build a Jiffy Lube there, the city made it almost impossible for him to do it. He fought and fought and finally gave up and built it elsewhere. At the same time the city granted a business license to a black biker gang to open a bar on Kennedy Ave. The owners previous 2 bars in Wilkensburg burned to the ground from arson. Within 3 months, the front of the bar is filled with bullet holes, patrons endlessly fight outside, drug dealing is non-stop in plain sight in front of Craigs and 1313, patrons leave their kids outside for hours to vandalize everything in sight. But that is perfectly fine because the safety of the citizens is of no concern to the mayor, obviously. Drive through Duquesne, there isn't one street that isn't lined with broken windows and garbage. Good job mayor, that's why we left. If I didn't have family near Duquesne, I'd never drive within 10 miles of the place.

But, RESPECT to others is the solution and the city's theme. How good is this working out?

I find your post quite disturbing. You need serious help. Hopefully the authorities will see your post as a cry for help and provide you the same.

A man who knows... sadly, while the residents don't bring income taxes or pay, the city gets $$ from the federal gov for allowing sextion eights housing. Lern more at chimpout dot com
