Brewster demanded what he wanted for his soldiers and the Zappala Crime Family/Terrorist Group will be able to make everything go away.
Watch for delays and more delays. Just like in the Cornell Sex Scandal, Tanya Kach scandal, detective overtime scandal and so many more we don't even know about.
For those of you who have tried to do the right thing, beware of retaliation. It can take many forms an it comes from all directions.
This should give you an idea of just how corrupt PA really is.
That's the talk on the street Mike, you are correct, they'll be back in business in no time. Just in another name and town and different players but the money handed out will still be flowing. the mayor will get his new house and furnishings all paid in full..........others will benefit also........you cant stop the machine, the politicians dont care if mckeesport goes broke they all got what need.........win ,lose or draw........everyone makes out and the taxpayers get a good anal douche once more......

more to come !!

McKeesport must tap reserve fund to pay bills | TribLIVE
Thursday, Nov. 7, 2013, 4:51 a.m.

McKeesport council voted on Wednesday to allow Mayor Michael Cherepko to tap into his reserve ...

We don't trust Elash paid the IRS either. You have to provide proof, but Cherepko and Elash don't keep records. They said about the scrap metal receipts, "we don't have them."

Monthly Meeting Means More Angry Words - Tube City Almanac
May 3, 2012-Sept. 12, 2013 Category: News || By Jason Togyer. Another month ... City Solicitor J. Jason Elash said the scrap-handling procedures have been the same for more than 30 years. Money received ...
http://www.tubecityonline.com/almanac/entry_1...

City Solicitor J. Jason Elash said the scrap-handling procedures have been the same for more than 30 years. Money received from junkyards for vehicles and other scrap was being kept in the public works department for public works purchases, Elash said, but the practice has been discontinued.

Practice the same for more than 30 years as was the record keeping. But John Jason Elash admitted (similar to when McKeesport city solicitor John J. Elash was DUI about drinking in front of a on scene police officer) that the practice of record keeping had been discontinued! The money received now isn't accounted for! Investigation required on the basis of lack of proper record keeping, right Ray?

Call in the Feds, but the Feds faxed McKeesport mayor Cherepko in December 2012 according to the news papers last week!

HUD money disappeared before, that's why McKeesport lives HUD. But when Pittman was still around last year a contract of accountability for McKeesport was required. Over 1 million dollars was withheld pending proper McKeesport elected officials signature. Pittman complained that it was a firm of blackmail, but was actually accountability for money received.

Bottom line, anyone giving McKeesport money needs to be very careful. The government and anyone else doing business with McKeesport needs to do so with extreme caution. McKeesport is known for vanishing money on several occasions. The government has every right for accountability.

But Malinchak, unsatisfied, asked the mayor's office to press Zappala on whether his office has concluded its investigation. "I'm not going to call the man and tell him how to do his job," Cherepko replied.

On the city's purchase of tires for police cars, fire trucks and public-works vehicles, Malinchak asked why tire purchases are not being advertised for competitive bids.

Elash said it's a legal "gray area" whether the bidding process applies to tire purchases --- vehicles use a variety of different tire sizes and tires are purchased only when needed, not in bulk, so the cost of tires being purchased at any given time is well below the level where competitive bids are legally necessary.

In that regard, tires are like office supplies, which are purchased as needed, and are not subject to competitive bids, Elash said, adding that he could find no evidence that McKeesport ever in history has put tires out for bid.

-
Make bids to save money or else your not very smart. If you buy for ten dump trucks, some vendors will sell to you a cheaper price. Call and get pricing, too simple for you John? Or, are you involved on something suspicious, at the same time which is definitely wasting city money.

Stop making excuses for not taking simple steps to save McKeesport money. You know nothing about bids and phone calls, too simple for you.

Word is the lawmaker and chief of staff has a gift coming from the AG. Maybe that's why the chief of staff is begging people for a new job. He thinks separation might help him. He didn't do real good on the stand in front of the grand jury.

Yeah, but more than that is probation hidden in accounts undiscovered. Ronald Porky Melocchi is very sneaky. He is connected with the pizza shop around the McKeesport White Oak border, Mama Pepino's.

Other money may be hidden in pockets or like Saddam Hussein did, bury it. Ronald Melocchi, with suspicions on him, his close famy members should be all wire tapped. He especially needs to be carefully monitored.

Lastly, money is tied up in assets, and watch the McKeesport mayors bills, of paid direct by anyone unexpected.

McKeesport is finished.

Bernie Madoff of Ponzi scheme fame was ok, and nice to investors. He stole everyone's money. No point made. Elash anonymously on Topix may type something in to the same effect, Marc, or his family.

McKeesport is finished.

Final 7 Mon Valley gambling ring suspects waive charges
Thursday, Nov. 21, 2013, 4:31 a.m.
http://triblive.com/neighborhoods/yourmckeesp...

Seven suspects allegedly involved in an illegal Mon Valley gambling ring waived their cases to court Wednesday in Forest Hills Magisterial District Judge Thomas P. Caulfield's chambers.

Alleged ringleader Ronald “Porky” Melocchi Sr., 54, of West Newton waived charges of criminal use of a communication facility, corrupt organizations, conspiracy, setting up lottery or numbers games, engaging in pool selling/bookmaking, dealing proceeds of illegal activity and multiple counts of gambling devices.

Melocchi is the owner of Glassport-based Back Alley Vending. He is accused of installing, servicing and maintaining gambling devices in bars, restaurants and other locations.

The investigation by the Attorney General's Organized Crime Section and state police centered around Melocchi from October 2012 through Dec. 10, 2012, in what was called Operation Pork Chop.

Anyone have a opinion on the wage change requests in Pittsburgh?

Employees walked out and want the minimum wage fees to be $15.

Can you pour coffee only instead of illegally gamble with $15 an hour?

Blame the educated teachers for seeing no problem with this. If you're Union wasn't in bed with the politicians - you would NOT be the first to go !! It's a political ploy to incite the ignorant voter base. Why are their cronies not the fist to sign up for un-employment benefits instead of the ones with College Degrees ?

Any jobs working for the city left after the mayor hired all council relatives? Must have been easy buying votes by placing all council and family of McKeesport council members on McKeesport pay roll. Then the council, council family members and nepotism votes are owned by McKeesport mayor Cherepko. Maybe he's using money not rightfully his to build his new mayoral house up in White Oak by Porky. Ronald Mellocchi indicted for the illegal gambling at The Viking down the road was quite a surprise. None of them are getting a slap on the hand or all of them are.

WHY NBC FIRED JAY LENO ... VERY REVEALING

Why did NBC fire Jay Leno? NBC was upset because he commented on all the screw ups and illegal activities that liberals/socialists/democrats (they are all the same) don't want in the news.

Here are just a few of them:

"I was going to start off tonight with an Obama joke, but I don't want to get audited by the IRS."

On NSA surveillance: "We wanted a president who listens to all Americans - now we have one."

On a new IRS commissioner: "He's called 'acting commissioner' because he has to act like the scandal doesn't involve the White House."

On closing the Guantanamo prison for terrorists: "If he really wants to close it, turn it into a government-funded solar power company. The doors will be shut in a month."

Concerning the Benghazi , Associated Press, and IRS scandals: "Remember in the old days when President Obama's biggest embarrassment was Joe Biden?"

On Obama saying he didn't know about the IRS scandal: "He was too busy not knowing anything about Benghazi to not know anything about the IRS."

"The White House has a new slogan about Benghazi : Hope and change the subject."

"It's casual Friday, which means that at the White House, they're casually going through everybody's phone calls and records."

"It is not looking good for President Obama. Today his teleprompter took the 5th."

"Fox News has changed its slogan from 'Fair and Balanced' to 'See, I told you so!'"

On Obama's commencement address: "He told the young graduates their future is bright unless, of course, they want jobs."

On a Chicago man who set a record for riding a Ferris wheel: "The only other way to go around and around in a circle that many times is to read the official report on Benghazi ."

On White House claims of ignorance on the scandals: "They took 'Don't ask, don't tell' out of the Pentagon and moved it into the White House."

Now for the last, and maybe the best...

"These White House scandals are not going away anytime soon. It's gotten so bad that people in Kenya are now saying Obama is 100 percent American."

I talked to a former surgeon friend of mine who lost his medical license for some obscure reasons.

He joked that a transplant is the quickest and a sure fire remedy. He said that some tissue from the anal area is elastic and similar to the lip tissue. There have be cases in accidents that damaged lip tissue was replaced by anal issue.

However, the profession calls this reconstructive plastic surgery, but tissue transplant seems to cover it also.
