Work out a deal for whom? Someone has to be indicted first and then opt for a plead bargain deal like Mr. Imbrogno. I tend to agree with you that the feds should be on top of this but I doubt they are interested. Pat Risha even brought in that special counsel from Altoona. We paid him a lot of money to work things out for us. I wonder if it's time to work a deal like Ralph Imbragno.
Ralph Imbrogno and the distinguished and indicted late Dr. Risha were convicted. Dr. Risha beat the indictment and its consequences by unfortunately expiring.
Ralph pleaded guilty and got about 5 months federal cage time in West Virginia and is believed out now working off the remaining punishments, etc. Some say he no longer lives in Clairton.
