Pat Risha even brought in that special counsel from Altoona. We paid him a lot of money to work things out for us. I wonder if it's time to work a deal like Ralph Imbragno.
Work out a deal for whom? Someone has to be indicted first and then opt for a plead bargain deal like Mr. Imbrogno. I tend to agree with you that the feds should be on top of this but I doubt they are interested. This is a serious with its widely known cover ups to get the feds attention like the BP Manager insurance fraud case who was convicted.

Ralph Imbrogno and the distinguished and indicted late Dr. Risha were convicted. Dr. Risha beat the indictment and its consequences by unfortunately expiring.

Ralph pleaded guilty and got about 5 months federal cage time in West Virginia and is believed out now working off the remaining punishments, etc. Some say he no longer lives in Clairton.

For what MASD administration and the despicable teacher's union, and six MASD board members, and the MPD and Cornell School cover up, I hope your get enough to buy several homes in Peter's Township, and at least one in Fox Chapel.

All did you wrong like the terrible six MASD board members who should be surcharges for millions and those still on the board removed.

Good luck Ms. D.

Go for the $tar$.

You can do it with subsequent civil and federal remedies. Just make sure you name the terrible six as defendants in the civil matters and nail them for $$$$$$$.

The authorities nailed Sandusky but the other three Cornell culprits enjoyed the benefits of political cover ups that was deliberately denned to you. Go get them and be unrelenting without any compassion for those who wronged you.

I know Mrs. Diba and her family, and I have for a long time. I have an idea of what this mess has caused for all of them. The last thing they are is money hungry, just to put it out there. They all work hard and live modestly. I only hope to see Mrs. Diba take a bit of a break and get back a little peace of her, and her children's lives, since the last 8+ years was filled with embarrassment and of turmoil from a bad choice (which we all have made now and again.) She was wrong, but she was honest about it, yet she has been the only one made to pay dearly when all were equally guilty. I don't think this'll be settled and swept under the rug quickly, though. Good Luck Mrs. Diba! You do have a lot of people on your side.

Nice post and well conceived and presented.

I do not know her. Never spoke to her or any of her family.

But she was wronged by the political "click and slick" and I support any and every retaliation that she and her legal advisors contrive and prosecute.

The terrible six should be prosecuted to the fullest extend of applicable statutes.

If these young ladies plan to attend the next Renzie picnic, I think the student mayor should have the consigliore craft another ordinance to protect the innocence.

Also, I think that host fee on each picnic girl should be assessed for certain physical dimensions.

Is this a scheme to have the attention diverted from S & S?

Does the Porkster through his membership on the City Recreation Committee own Renzie Park also?

With a catchy name in Whiskey Barrel Flats and a big vision, Bill Stolze is going where no residential developer has gone before -- to the south side of the Monongahela River near Station Square.

Mr. Stolze is planning to convert a former whiskey distillery at South Second and McKean streets into a condominium complex with 10 to 13 units, a private bar for residents and a rooftop deck with commanding views of the Downtown skyline.

He'll be the first to test the market on a stretch of riverfront that long has been considered a prime spot for residential development but one that so far has failed to live up to that billing.

Mr. Stolze doesn't mind blazing the trail.

"It's exciting. I like to go against the grain, generally speaking, in business so it appeals to me to be a pioneer," he said. "I think it's ripe. I think the whole area is ripe for residential development."

He may be right.!!!!
