The authorities gave a good fight against City Hall in Detroit. In fact the City Hall mayor came out second best in the legal skirmish.

The corrupt mayor was knocked down and out. He was knocked out for some 28 years.

Yea - sure, cowards and faint hearted will not take on City Hall. But the authorities are not cowards and will continue to investigate those corrupt city hall appointed and elected official.

What say you former Pittsburgh police chief Harper? And, former city councilman Ben Woods? May be the authorities can not fight them but can sure jail them. Years ago a Versailles mayor got some cage time for stealing.

Yes -- the authorities can fight city hall and you can also.

Who are they bull-shytting ? As long as the MDC remains to be related, ineffectual & impotent 'poverty pimps' relying on state & Fed. handouts - this town is going NOWHERE . When was the last time one of our politicians actually had an independent thought or an idea to better this boro THAT DID NOT involve something Section 8 - Welfare or Housing Auth, related ?? Can't remember - no one else can either .
(blue benches & useless flyover excluded) Catering to welfare parasites while ignoring the working class needs or offering business opportunities are non - existent & will never lead to business growth here. The first thing they ask is -'how much will you put in our pockets'? Even Braddock is getting a new socialist-style business because their politician begged for handouts for his hippie commune.

McKeesport is in trouble, they are be sued for knowing about the missing crosswalk not painted at Founders Hall. McKeesport gave Elash a pay raise to protect them from law suits criminal and civil.

This is all the school districts fault........no crosswalk painting lines , nothing to say it's a school crossing........SUE the school district.....they killed a child., next they will want another pay raise and pay less for their health care what a joke !

I noticed that there are walking signal lights and push buttons at the nearby intersection. This was not reported or mentioned much in any of the postings or news media of the tragic accident.

How can you blame anyone for non-use of the walking signals?

We known there only a few excellent teachers and administrators who are about the students. Also, a few are about the $green$, pensions, short hours, 185 day work year, infidelity, and party times.

The taxpayers and public own MASD resources. The overpaid teachers and administrators should be charged $10.00 a day for their free parking perk or be given a 1099 to be taxed on the value of this gift. I pay to park on public streets. They should equally pay to park on public grounds. This revenue could be contributed to a scholarship fund that grants are made by a public lottery for those accepted to any post high school educational institution.

Those administrators with reserved parking places should be charged $15.00 per day. They are grossly overpaid and overstaffed.

It they do not live in the MASD then the City should impose a $1000 per year host fee on each for clearing the roads and traffic control so they can get out the parking lots when the last bell is still resonating. A $500 per year host fire fee for our fire department protecting their vehicles parking on taxpayer property should be invoked. There is an embedded fee on my sewage invoice to cover the $1,000,000 host fee invoked by council and Mr. Cherepko, a former MASD teacher.

McKeesport officials are practicing drunk spending habits. You'd have to be irresponsible to reward 2x DUI McKeesport city solicitor John Elash a $15,000 raise. Then the irresponsible truck driver protected with illegal drunk gamblers in McKeesport. Then the new strip club support by senator Brewster as part of bringing it in as a new business into McKeesport, Pennsylvania.

McKeesport failed to buy salt with all Doppler radar weather news reports saying March 3, 2014 would be the worst storm at the time for the season in advance! Your crystal ball.

But as long as a strip club can move in at 3711 Walnut Street, Indicted illegal gamblers walk free with McKeesport official support and a $15,000 can be simply handed over to a 2x DUI McKeesport city solicitor, you'd have to be part of the problem and a negativity attraction.

McKeesport drunk reasoning, "Why use a traffic button when you can illegally gamble at The Viking bar?" Traffic signals are of no use if speeding , reckless dump truck drivers are on the McKeesport roads.

McKeesport has a officer shot off a gun at a marijuana user? I though they were friends with anyone using drugs? What happened?

No one picketing for Jordan Miles? The case continues today in Pittsburgh.

For ever 100 drug users, maybe McKeesport police will arrest 1 if they don't like him or her.

Remember, the entire narcotics unit of police in McKeesport was involved in a pay scam. It's all sealed, covered up findings with the Pittsburgh DA office.

The DA did his job and completed his investigation. The then mayor and now senator covered it up the report that the DA submitted. The DA is not In the equation with respect to completing the report.

Heard on the street is that 7 narc officers were involved. Some were later promoted by machine powerhouse.

The Pittsburgh newspaper investigative reporters should seek a copy of this report via the Right to Know Law.

This would draw a lot attention and commotion.
