You're beating a dead horse here.I mean really,no other corruption in mckeesport that are more important but keep ranting over some chic getting anal sex in a classromm.....get a life.

Retired McKeesport Area teacher Patrick J. Collins said he had consensual sex "six, seven, eight times" in classrooms with suspended teacher Angela DiBattista.

Questioned by special counsel Carl Beard during a three-hour session Tuesday, Collins said he and DiBattista, both then Cornell Intermediate School teachers, had sex in various locations, including Cornell Intermediate and Centennial Elementary classrooms.

Collins and teachers Michael and Nicole Cherepko were among the witnesses as Beard concluded his case for firing DiBattista.

"Their case is nothing I did not expect," DiBattista's attorney Charles LoPresti said, pledging "a whole different story, one that hasn't been told" as the hearing resumes June 21 at 5 p.m.

Collins testified that he planned to tell his wife about the alleged affair after school let out for the summer of 2004, but denied threatening to tell DiBattista's husband, who died in December 2006.

Beard asked if Collins and DiBattista had sex while children were there. "No, sir, never," Collins said

PS.. people scared to type the real names of the sex couple? LMAO!! Here I did it for you!

What a bunch of horseshit ! One married couple screwing around - another married man (peeper boi) who had been seen around town (cheating on his wife) with this other teacher involved in this sex scandal in a public school while being PAID by the few remaining taxpayers in this Boro . Now are you seriously 'stoopid' enough to believe that the
'whistling peeper' whose initials are mike cherepko & his present day bride weren't also using Collins & Debo as peepers for their illicit sexual trysts ? Problem is the 'peeper' originally married into a family far above his class & dignity as a professional(joke) & a man . Brothers everywhere should refuse to sit with him present. Now many might know me.

No one seems to have any problems with their despicable acts. It was all in fun that destroyed a few marriages.

The problem is the clumsy cover up by the MASD School Board, Legal Department, Administration, Union code of silence and failure to notify the McKeesport Police Department, DA and AG.

That is the problem along with the late Dr. Risha removing a less than complementary letter from the file of the door watcher. And, the then mayor is believed to orchestrate this because he was grooming the door watcher for mayor. History proved that was the case.

Bob Filner 'Unsafe' For Women, Opponents Say

By JULIE WATSON 07/16/13 09:29 AM ET EDT AP

SAN DIEGO -- A prominent one-time supporter of San Diego's mayor described how the mayor has repeatedly groped women during his short term, saying no female in California's second-largest city would be safe in his presence.

Despite that, Mayor Bob Filner, 70, made it clear he will not heed the calls for his resignation from former Councilwoman Donna Frye and others within his party, even as they held a news conference to divulge details of allegations they said show a dangerous pattern of abuse by the city's first Democratic leader in two decades.

"I'm not going to resign, and here's why," Filner, a former U.S. congressman, said Monday in a statement. "As your elected mayor, I fully expect to be accountable to the citizens of San Diego for all of my actions. But as a citizen of this country, I also expect and am entitled to due process, and the opportunity to respond in a fair and impartial venue to specific allegations. I do not believe I am guilty of sexual harassment, and I believe a full presentation of the facts will vindicate me."

Frye rocked Filner's support base when she went public with the accusations last week during a news conference and asked him to step down. She did not give specifics until Monday when she read statements to the media from two people who said they were constituents, though they were not named.

Both say the mayor who was engaged at the time tried to forcibly kiss them during separate encounters.

"We will all fail the women of our city if we ask them to continue to meet with this man," said Frye, who worked briefly for the mayor as his director of open government.

She later added, "Bob Filner is tragically unsafe for any woman to approach."

Filner apologized for his behavior Thursday after Frye first went public with the allegations. The mayor said he failed to respect women who work for him and he intimidated them at times. Without going into details, Filner called his behavior wrong and said he needed help. He pleaded with voters for patience.

Two attorneys accompanying Frye Monday said Filner's inappropriate behavior was so common at City Hall that employees had coined the term "The Filner Dance" to describe how workers dodge his sexual advances. "The Filner Headlock" was used to describe how the mayor would wrap his arm around the neck of a female worker, the attorneys said.

why are women so hung up on being groped....it's a compliment.I grope me wife and sister several times a week.
I even finger blast them until they squirt a stream at least 6 foot into the air before hitting the wall..

Then we grease ourselves down with baby oil and play the game twister, last night i had some hairy beaver in my face and I thought a groundhog got into the house and jumped between me and my sister.

Once I licked the dew off of her clit lips I knew it was my sisters unshaven bush.

White Lightning with all these AG subpoenas and line tapping letters do you think this will be a head slap for the voters and some elected officials in November or for the IV Chairman Councilperson?

Some say that the IV Chairman was invited to share his wisdom with the Commonwealth's Grand Jury. Others say this is just a nasty rumor. His Viking place was visited more than once by the authorities. They must like the wings and fries served or just stopped in to renew old acquaintances.

Looks like Mike and the senator came out first on the sex scandal and election. Not enough peopled cared and thus voted in an inexperienced Cornell sex scandal tainted teacher.

Allegheny County guard accused of raping fellow guard in county building after hours

Donnell Stewart accused of intimidating woman into submission with stun gun

UPDATED 12:19 AM EDT Jul 18, 2013

Allegheny County guard accused of raping fellow guard in county building after hours

PITTSBURGH A criminal complaint filed by Pittsburgh police alleges that what started out as consensual sexual contact led to a rape inside a county office building after hours. The accused rapist with a stun gun and his alleged victim are Allegheny County building guards.

According to court documents filed by detectives, 31-year-old county building guard Donnell Stewart and the female guard arranged to meet inside the Allegheny County Health Department building in Oakland, where he was working a late Saturday night detail.

The alleged victim said they had some sexual contact to which she'd agreed as payback for his working a shift for her. But she alleges when he demanded they have sexual intercourse, offered her money and she said 'no,' he pushed a deactivated stun gun into her neck so hard that she fell to the floor, injuring her arm. The victim said he pulled a second stun gun and triggered its crackling sound.

The female guard said she didn't resist the rape for fear he'd activate a stun gun he held to her neck during the assault. Afterward, the victim said she feared he might kill her.

The woman said Stewart then became remorseful, telling her, "Oh, my God, I can't believe I did that." She said he apologized, and said he should be "locked up."

She told police he chased after her as she left the Health Department building, throwing money into her car as she drove away. The victim came to Pittsburgh police headquarters, where she reported to detectives what she said happened.

Late Wednesday afternoon, Stewart, accompanied by an attorney, arrived at Pittsburgh police headquarters for questioning by detectives. He was later taken to the Allegheny County Jail. He faces charges of rape, sexual assault, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.

"Mr. Stewart adamantly denies any and all charges, any wrongdoing. If in fact there was any sexual contact between him and the alleged victim, it was consensual," said defense attorney Casey White.

Allegheny County Government spokeswoman Amie Downs told Channel 4 Action News, "Mr. Stewart is currently suspended without pay and his employment is under review. Beyond that, we do not comment on personnel matters."

Penn State Ex-Officials Ordered By Judge To Stand Trial In Sandusky Coverup Case

By MARC LEVY 07/30/13 06:28 PM ET EDT AP

HARRISBURG, Pa.-- Penn State's ex-president and two former top school administrators were ordered Tuesday to stand trial on charges accusing them of a cover-up in the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal, a court ruling that promises to prolong the media attention and court battles casting a shadow over the university.

Prosecutors showed enough evidence during a two-day preliminary hearing to warrant a trial for ex-President Graham Spanier, former vice president Gary Schultz and ex-athletic director Tim Curley, District Judge William Wenner concluded.

The men engaged in a "conspiracy of silence," the lead state prosecutor, Bruce Beemer, said during his closing argument. They covered up their failure to tell police about a 2001 allegation that Sandusky was molesting a boy in a university locker room shower, despite knowing that police investigated complaints about Sandusky showering with boys in 1998, Beemer said.

"When they were finally asked about (the 1998 investigation), it was 2011 and what happened in the interim?" Beemer said.

The key testimony centered on a series of emails among the three defendants that discussed the 1998 and 2001 cases and the account of Mike McQueary, a former team assistant and quarterback who said he had immediately told Schultz, Curley and the late longtime football coach Joe Paterno that he had seen Sandusky molesting a boy dubbed Victim 2 in court documents in the shower in 2001.

Anthony Lubrano, a Penn State trustee who watched the two days of testimony, said he had not expected Wenner to throw out the case, given the low level of evidence necessary to send the case to trial. However, he said, "if you get an unbiased jury, it'll be hard to get those charges to stick."

"We're in full support of due process, uncovering all the facts and the truths related to the case," she said. Her group has been critical of the decisions of trustees during the outbreak of the scandal in November 2011, including Paterno's firing and how it was handled.

Spanier testified to a grand jury that he was unaware of the 1998 investigation while Curley and Schultz testified that McQueary reported only that Sandusky and the boy were engaged in naked, inappropriate horseplay that made him uncomfortable. Once the defendants became aware of an investigation into Sandusky in 2010 or 2011, they did nothing to stop it, obstruct it or hide evidence, their lawyers said.

"What was reported (in 2001) was not a report of any activity that was sexual in nature," Spanier told the grand jury in testimony read aloud in court Tuesday. "I know better than to jump to conclusions about things like that."

The three were charged with perjury, obstruction, endangering the welfare of children, failure to properly report suspected abuse and conspiracy. Those charges include allegations of hiding evidence from investigators and lying to the grand jury.

Spanier's lawyer, Elizabeth Ainslie, told Wenner that the case against him "amounts to innuendo and far-fetched inference." Meanwhile, Curley's lawyer, Caroline Roberto, took aim at McQueary, saying his testimony included "embellishment" and that every time he testifies he says "something more or different."

On Monday, McQueary also testified that Paterno criticized Penn State's handling of the Sandusky allegation and Paterno warned him that school officials would try to make him a scapegoat.

Penn State and the Paterno family declined to comment.

Curley and Schultz were initially charged in November 2011, when Sandusky was arrested, and accused of perjury and failure to properly report the incident.

Spanier was forced out as president at that time. A year later, he was charged with covering up a complaint about Sandusky while additional charges were filed against Curley and Schultz. Spanier remains a faculty member on administrative leave.

These postings will never stop - never. It seems those that don't like them are either low-lifes that don't pay taxes here , one of those involved politicians or likely a knee-pad wearing, useless crony sponging off the tax dollars of this ghetto boro.
We don't expect our tax dollars to be used to allow immoral ,cheating so called professionals to rut like animals in heat in a public school while we are paying their wages. They should all be listed on the 'Megan's Law' website.

Looks like there was an update on the front page of the daily news today.

The appeal courts judges ruled in favor of Ms. D.

The MASD board members who voted to fire her but reward Collins should be surcharged for her back wages and benefits.

Who orchestrated that frame job on her that failed just like the boggle frame job on the Slugster?

May be the board was equally wrong on the role the
notorious "door watchers" played?

The McKeesport School District under the guidance of barrister Jack (ASS) Cambest is responsible for setting quite a judicial precedent. It is okay for public school teachers to have sex in the classroom as long as there are at least two other teachers standing guard.
