Just wondering who do you all think will be running for the open MASD seats?

The anointed one will run for MASD board to expand his dictatorial dominance beyond the City, MACM, MHA, MHC, International Village, MDC, and Renzie Senior Center.

He will succeed in renaming Tiger Stadium to honor his name to mimic the Crawford Village Building and three city monuments.

Next on his narcissistic agenda will be changing the name of the Duquesne/McKeesport Bridge and the Mansfield Bridge.

He has to increase is job base to perpetuate nepotism.

And, do not think that changing the city name to honor his name is off the radar.

He'll be indicted soon.

I have no idea where and how you came up with that speculation? I know that you are a research expert and excel at connecting the dots. Is there a Risha/Imbrogno link to him that is covert? I would speculate - yes, but not sure it leads to indictment.

I have been trying to learn more about the operations a federal grand jury and was astonished by some of things I retrieved off the web. In PA 23 juries are seated for 18 months with a possibility for a six month extension. A quorum of `16 is required per session and at least 12 votes are required to indict the accused. They meet a few days a week. The accused is rarely subpoenaed to testify. No judge or attorneys is permitted in the court when the wittiness is questioned and documentary evidence presented.

Rare is a presentation make by the government that does not result in indictment(s). Also, the government prevails in 90% to 98% time with convictions of those indicted. This is completely astonishing. In others words a federal indictment means almost a sure case of guilt.

My conclusion is that a defendant(s) named in the indictment has few choices, i.e., immunity, plea bargain, or off to the cage. Of course, one could take a perpetual vacation to Argentina or Sicily.

When the indictments come down they will need double-decker buses to haul in all the corrupt politicians, aka Traitors of the US Government. The members of the mob know this and are cooperating fully with the federal investigators. The system was working fine until Jimmy Brewster and like-minded pieces of garbage got way too greedy.
The mobsters now see it as their God-given right to fully disclose the participation of elected officials in order to save what's left of organized crime.

You people act like you know Organized Crime. Guess what... you don't! If you did, you would not be talking about it on here. Brewster has NO connection to Organized crime. He is not under investigation for anything, and neither is anyone else in the Port. Porky is nailed and will be going to prison.. but that has NOTHING to do with the Port. That is all based out of his operations in West Newton. His vending company is the issue.. not the Pizza shops. They are franchised. Brewster, Holtzman, Cherepko, Ward, JR., the current Mayor, anyone on city council... none of them are criminals as you suggest. All of them are small town politicians except Brewster, who is a State Senator now. Elash, Miller, Tedesco, etc... they may all be bullies.. but none of them are committing any crimes other than maybe a tax problem or a dui. That's all. Get over it... noone cares about the port and noone is investigating anything.

There are No "open" seats on the MASD. There may be up for re-election.. but open seats imply that there is no incumbant.

You saying that Holtman's seat is not open? He indicated to some that he may not seek re-election.

You are so naÔve and misguided. The grand jury has the Port in their crosshairs.

There is no sitting grand jury currently investingating anything in the Port. Porky is getting charged with Money Laundering, and is not even living in the port! This one has nothing to do with The MASD or City Council. You are fools. Only 1 guy on this entire site other than me knows anything about what is going on... and you people have no idea who he is.

Thanks to you and the informed barrister. Your erroneous and deflective conclusions are amusing and as believable as the 716 Long Run Road icy patch theory.

Porkyís gaming machine busts were orchestrated by the state AG. Porky donated to city affairs and to city politician political campaigns. Who sponsored the Circus with gaming machines on city property behind the fire station at Renzie? I think this happened on Mikeís watch.

Was not the senator heard to proclaim that the Pork was always there when we (I) needed him? Who knows when the FBI, DEA, ATF, or IRS will insert themselves into the Porky corruption solution equation? Who knows when the RICO Act will be invoked and encompass all the gaming machine site operators and elected officials for their passive stance. Will their assets be seized?

I think that eventually the city misdoings will be in the cross hairs of the Carson Street untouchables.

You know nothing about the Pork and his troubles.. it was not orchestrated by illegal pay outs... but it did involve his vending business as a whole, that is why they took all of his machines. Not just Poker... but all of them! The Magistrate in West Newton/Rostraver will be hearing the case first.. then on to court. Pork is getting chopped.. and it has nothing to do with any contributions. Any political contributions he made were lawful and acceptable. Not on the radar. No corruption is even incinuated in the indictment of The Porkster. As important as you fools think the Port is.. noone cares 1 bit about what goes on there. It is a depraved cess pool. Mr. Elash has nothing to do with this...Mr. Cherepko has nothing to do with this... and Mr Brewster has nothing to do with this. If fact.. Joey is more likely involved than any politician, and he is dead!

Oh, and it was the US Attorney General's Office and the FBI along with ATF and Revenue Agents. I was there when they backed up the truck to his warehouse. This is a major case with implications that will destroy the drug trade in the Port for a little while.

Yes - a major case? One small picture in the Daily News with about a paragraph description of the postage stamp size picture was all that was locally reported.

Nothing published in the Tribune Review or Post Gazette.

Nothing reported by the television media.

You are proclaiming the State Attorney Generalís office and staff weres not involved?

With all due respect, you are delusional, ill informed, narcissistic, and stupid.

You emphatically stated that the Porkster will have a hearing in front of the West Newton DMJ. But, then you state the Porkster has been indicted. I think you failed Jurisprudence 101. That is why you are stupid.

Hey stupid, why the DMJ hearing if he was indicted??????????

What is it about the RICO Act and bag mem that you do not understand stupid?

I suspect that Silly Silly Boy is a federal agent annoyed that we are bound and determined to expose Jimmy Brewster and the rest of the worthless pieces of crap called Mon Valley Politicians and cops.

I've got skin in the game. 30 days and indictments will follow or I'll start writing the rest of the story. What these worthless politicians and mobsters have been doing is nothing less than common knowledge, open secret, whatever you want to label it.

I, personally, have had enough. I don;t cooperate with the feds or with any government agency or entity. They're all too crooked to take a chance on trusting.

Mr. Ference there is no risk that the local new media will scoop you on this story, if you report it in 30 days.

The District Magistrate has to adjudicate the initial arraignment, then on to federal indictment for the Porkster. He will then go to trial in federal court... If you had any clue about what heis being charged with, you would know there is no Rico case. Keep showing your ignorance. This is also not a corruption case. Just sit back and wait.. you will see. I do know everything, and am an expert on all that is. This is all based out of West Newton, not the port.

That is correct. The information has already been prepared and will be released in a timely fashion whether I'm available or not.

When it comes to gathering and spitting out information the media is no longer really needed. As I stated before, a citizen-driven investigation is not subject to the same flaws of regular law enforcement. I can and will not be bought. Traditional law enforcement agencies can not make that claim.

There are very few journalists equipped to handle a story like this and for many reasons. Keep in mind that investigative reporting is almost non-existent in PA based on corruption in the PA judicial system. The media simply doesn't report on this stuff because of the potential for lawsuits. Fcator in that the Zappala Crime Family controls about three fifths of PA and that adds up to a lot of advertising revenue. Same with the catholic church. I call it Synchronized Crime.
