AMBRIDGE, Pa.—Two men have been ordered to stand trial on charges they murdered a pregnant western Pennsylvania woman when they went to rob her drug-dealing boyfriend.
Thirty-one-year-old Tyrone Fuller, of McKeesport, and 27-year-old Marlin Kelly, of Pittsburgh, were ordered to trial on criminal homicide and other charges after a preliminary hearing Thursday into the death of 19-year-old Conekia (koh-NEEK'-yah) Finney.
Authorities say she was gunned down when she answered the door as the men arrived to rob her boyfriend. A heroin addict testified he drove the men to the apartment building so they could rob Finney's boyfriend, who police say was sleeping when she was shot in their Ambridge apartment about 8 p.m. Oct. 28.
Finney was about seven months pregnant and her unborn child died as well.

In August, he was charged with holding a gun to a woman's head and terrorizing her.
If he was off the streets and in jail where he belonged, he wouldn't have had the opportunity to kill that woman and her unborn child in October.

>>>>>SEWICKLEY — A McKeesport man is facing charges after police said he wore a bullet-proof vest and held a gun to an Ambridge woman’s head while she was driving in Sewickley.
Tyrone Lamont Fuller, 31, of 1028 Summitt St. is charged with making terroristic threats, unlawful restraint, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person and two counts of possessing instruments of a crime in the incident on Saturday.

According to borough police, Fuller and Darryce Wilcox of 285 Merchant St., Ambridge, were headed to the Sewickley American Legion on Chadwick Street about 2:15 a.m., when they got into an argument in the area of Walnut Street and Route 65.
Police did not specify the relationship between Fuller and Wilcox.
Police said Fuller, who was wearing a bullet-proof vest during the car ride, pulled out a handgun and pointed it at the side of Wilcox’s head, striking her with the muzzle.
“This is the last time you gonna talk about my momma,” Fuller said, according to police.
Wilcox, who was driving, realized that the American Legion was closed and attempted to turn the car around, but Fuller once again pointed the gun at her and accused her of going the wrong way on purpose, police said.
Wilcox turned back onto Route 65 in the direction of her home and told police that she began to speed in hopes that she would get pulled over.
When the couple reached Wilcox’s apartment she called 911, and Ambridge police responded. Officers found Fuller’s vest under a bed, according to the report.
Fuller is being held in the Allegheny County Jail after failing to post $50,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is set for Tuesday.
