why didnt Ray the watchdog for the city get elected? Harry blew him away??? hey Ray cough up more of your own money to investigate people LMAO!
HUH? HUH? LOL!
Ray was eliminated John Jason Elash because the voter turnout in McKeesport is low. It's more indication of McKeesport political failure.

Ray is the winner because he can get a better paying job outside of McKeesport. Ray in the new scenario will have more money to spend and have more to say without oppression.

Not to mention all the McKeesport city documents he can get published or send without restraint. The laugh is quite more on you needing a nanny mayor, 2x DUIs (the ones you were caught for). You still asking for ex wife's lottery winnings or is that all gone now? What about your insurance and job record when your out of a McKeesport solicitor job? You have the worst records of firings, Ray has a excellent record. Your work record is poor, in stark contrast to anyone. You've been fired and let gi by too many areas. Adding in your IRS bill to the rest, you have quite a record John.

Do you even pay child support? No one thinks you have responsibility John.

You were forced by McKeesport officials to sign a behavior clause. You can be fired anytime John.

Elash's service agreement outlines his scope of services as defined by McKeesport's Home Rule Charter and adds a personal conduct clause that charges him to uphold the city's reputation. It notes that his employment will be terminated if convicted of any alcohol-related offenses for incidents occurring after March 1, 2012.

Tedesco asked if the contract defines whether Elash is an employee or a professional contractor, specifically asking if his services require a W-2 or 1099 federal tax form. He noted that the question was not intended to spark further controversy, but rather to clarify a matter of record-keeping that city officials will resolve in coming days.
"Council approves the solicitor, and the mayor executes the contract on behalf of the city," Mayor Michael Cherepko said. "It's a non-bidding contract ... for professional services. Council doesn't have a say as long as it's within the budget."

Walker-Montgomery said the mayor didn't know what she was laughing about, and he should not call her out on an assumption. Both parties were silenced by Segina's gavel as they told one another to watch their mouths and educate themselves.

Does Elash file a W-2 or a 1099 federal tax form?
No one ever answered the public. Tedesco, please answer.

(Elash Last Contract)
Back to John Jason Elash service agreement:(added to his contract)
a personal conduct clause that charges him (McKeesport city solicitor, John Jason Elash) to uphold the city's reputation. It notes that his employment will be terminated if convicted of any alcohol-related offenses for incidents occurring after March 1, 2012.

What we need least is Rob Ford to be expelled from the mayor of Toronto and then to immigrate to the Port.

He is configured like the Porkster so the Porkster who owns the City and MDC will get him elected.

This posting is very mean and misdirected. It should be retracted by the author. It is sick and obscene and in poor taste.

We have great and very honest people elected and appointed persons to run our city. We should respect them and hold them on a pedestal. The are higher than us but low enough to have the law apply to them equally like the peasants of the City.

Above all they bring 100% transparency to government and never come to erroneous conclusions that are sometimes construed as lies.

This would never happen in cover up City --- right Mikey?

NEW YORK (AP)-- David Letterman's longtime cue-card holder says he wound up cuing his own firing by getting aggressive with a colleague.

Tony Mendez tells the New York Post in a story published Sunday he lost his job after grabbing a co-worker by the shirt Oct. 9 behind the scenes at CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman."

CBS directed an inquiry to Letterman's production company, Worldwide Pants. A spokesman said Worldwide Pants won't comment on personnel matters.

Attempts to reach Mendez weren't immediately successful Sunday.

The 69-year-old Mendez tells the Post he knows he knows he shouldn't have laid a hand on his colleague. He says Letterman wasn't apprised of any tensions between the two.

Mendez has become familiar to "Late Show" viewers, appearing in episodes going back to at least 1997.
