He stuck a pizza delivery guy once of over $30, dead beat on his educational loans, owes the IRS well over $100,000, property taxes, EIT, business taxes, etc. All of this is listed on the Prothronotary's web site.

He is above the law especially if AG Kathleen Kane is enforcing the statutes Philadelphia style.

Why do we keep school teachers on the job for getting 2 or more DUI's ? Aren't they held to a higher standard?

Lmao, who?[/QUOTE]

The teachers' union, MASD school board, late Dr. Risha, MASD administration, MPD, DA and a former mayor conspired to cover up the Cornell school sex scandal and protect the door watcher and his married mistress They were exonerated by the late Dr. Risha although the public records hinted that they may have been disciplined to some extent.

A former MASD board president made the discipline statement to the news media. Ouch - this is a personnel matter and is top secret - sorry about that.

With the above history and success of a perfect white wash job, why would you expect any concern with alleged DUI teachers or a 2X s city employee by their superiors or law enforcement?

Corruption in the mob valley is rampant and has no boundaries and will prevail. I would not be surprised if all of the 16 gambling indicted walk and the presently indicted councilperson and tavern owner becomes a candidate for the mayoral seat.

It is what it is and you cannot correct it. The corruption is vertical from the lowest culprit to the uppers authorities. Just look at the AG dropping the slam dunk case in Philadelphian for bizarre and weak reasons.

Jennifer Elash won the lottery? Is that what J. J. Elash told you? The only lottery she won was having parents who were willing to ensure that her poor kids were sheltered and fed, even though her loser, deadbeat husband couldn't or wouldn't provide for them..

Like she couldn't when she was alive? Thanks to you, Jason Elash? While you beat your older daughter, the same way you beat her mother? Like you sleep with your younger daughter in her dead mother's bed? Like that? We're supposed to let her lie in peace? She is at peace now that you can't hurt her anymore. The kids? Not so much.

Nope. Her Daddy and Momma have been supporting her - and his - kids for years. Just ask the IRS. Took care of her too, when he stole the family car from her that she needed to get to chemotherapy treatments. After he crashed the Escalade. Pig. Then he crashed it, while driving on a suspended license with the kids in the car. Injured kid never even got medical attention.

Never forget that the esteemed elected official, who is more popular in the Port than OUR LORD in our beloved City, hired, covered up for him and protected him. And, over paid him also!

The esteemed one proved a disservice to the consignor by always shielding him.

And, the esteemed elected official hardly knows the Porkster.

Voters in the 35th Legislative District have elected state Rep. Marc J. Gergely to a seventh term.

According to complete but unofficial returns from the Allegheny County Elections Division, the White Oak Democrat, 45, garnered 9,802 votes or 71.01 percent to 3,954 or 28.64 percent for White Oak Republican chairman Kenneth Peoples.

Another 48 votes were cast for write-ins.

“We even beat our own Democratic gubernatorial candidate (Tom Wolf) in White Oak,” Gergely said, noting the success of his campaign as well as that of the governor-elect in a borough where Republicans control the mayor's office and a majority on council.

Gergely has a special tie to Wolf, as the public official who first persuaded the governor-elect to come to the Mon-Yough area during the primary campaign.

“Being the first elected official in Allegheny County to endorse Wolf, I'm very proud of it,” Gergely said of Wolf's win over Republican Gov. Tom Corbett.

Gergely said he is looking forward to Wolf providing the personality and perspective he exhibited during the campaign, tackling such issues as school funding, energy extraction and a looming state budget deficit.

Peoples, 44, could not be reached for comment at presstime.

“I want to take a minute as I travel from one polling place to another to thank all who voted for me,” Peoples posted while polls still were open late Tuesday afternoon.

Peoples asked voters to “consider an alternative to the ‘progress' you've seen from your elected officials.” He closed his post with,“God Bless America!”

Gergely's district was remapped last year to include Clairton and all wards in the city of McKeesport. His election night celebration occurred at Puzzlers along Walnut Street and Twenty-Eighth Avenue in McKeesport.

“I grew up on Twenty-Fifth Avenue so it was like coming back home,” Gergely said.

McKeesport Mayor Michael Cherepko hailed Gergely for doing “a tremendous job representing all of the taxpayers and all of the constituents.”

The mayor said the collaboration among local, county, state and federal officials is “extremely important in moving the Mon Valley forward.”

“He is working well with us,” Clairton Councilman Richard L. Ford III said as he arrived for Gergely's celebration.“He's putting an office in the municipal building.”

Gergely will have a new constituent office in Munhall, with a grand opening scheduled for the facility along Main Street in the Homestead Park business district Friday at 11 a.m.

But why does a AG Kathy Kane spokesperson continue to proclaim unwaveringly that the "investigation (Mon Valley gambling consortium) is ongoing?" Will it still be ongoing after they adjudicate the Porkster on December 1?

No law enforcement entity has address the unreported $1,000,000 income confiscated during the gambling devices raids?

No law enforcement entity has addressed the criminal content of intercepted communications and the covert informants findings.

No need to repeat posts , once is enough to laugh at. HAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!

Duplicate posts are a sign of desperation by hoping more people to get fingered out.......HAAAAA!!!!
Move on the case stops with Porky,,,,,,,,,The million dollars is a gift from the Poker to the AG's office.......will the AG pay the tax on that money since it is in her possession? HAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!

Since the 15 past gambling ring mobs got off with a kiss on the cheek from the AG , I'm sure she might French kiss the Porker

A repeat post is not a sign of desperation but more like for the convenience of the readers. No amount of posting will assist one iota in fingering out the guilty culprits. It is the AG's call.

But there might be an embedded and covert hint of things to come via the AG spokesperson alluding more than once that the investigation is ongoing. Does on-going stop with Porky's adjudication? Only the Shadow and AG Kane know.

IMO I believe that more indictments are plausible and that the hammer of the IRS and possible RICO implications CANNOT be ignored.

I agree with you that the all the culprits got off with gifts rather them real punishments.

We will not know until December 1 if there will be a surprising severe climax for the alleged ringleader or he will emerge a hero with a victory party at the Palisades under the stewardship of Dan Vehicle.

Recall how the local Teamster honored their late president after he paid his debt to society in a federal cage.

Any thing is possible on the Fantasy Island of Mob Valley corruption.
