There is something much more effective than bribes and it is perfectly legal.
Just refresh the good judge mind about the "block" votes the City MDC and workers pay for from the Porkster's businesses can deliver for his next election. The judge knows how to return a favor.
Makes sense completely.

Ray Malinchak to date priced that to be true. The mayor hated his private investigation firm and his revealing the Delta Report to the public. Then the mayor bragged about transparency!
Time to remove all the McKeesport respect signs, you all been lied to!
The mayor and his six puppet councilpersons did not like Ray Malinchak's request for an audit of the International Village, Palisades, Marina, Business Privileges Taxes of high contributors, fuel disposal management, and paper trail for IV gate accountability.

John Jason Elash,

Stop drinking and driving, crashing into buildings doesn't knock sense into you.

You just go in Topix and keep saying nothing's happening. After the 16 indictments you say it ends at Porky. Your lousy at advice and nothing stops with Porky but you are a known liar John on Topix John.

Yeah, Ray Malinchak did as much to expose the lies. New avenues are now open, he only needs to make all the information packets with any pictures and send them out to AG personnel and the other agencies mentioned.

Johns on probation, correct?

The mayor lives negativity and hiding any request for transparency. He loves the negativity the city solicitor John Jason Elash brings to the city.

The mayor loves the negativity of Daniel Carr with his indictment felonies. Daniel Carr, the owner of the gambling involved business The Viking bar.

DUI negativity of McKeesport city solicitor of John Jason Elash to Illegal gambling indictments. He's not stopping them or against it in any way. He is the prime problem in McKeesport with his mayoral campaign Elash committed to while on the city of McKeesport taxpayers money!

I agree with you that one major crime with the City is Elash's open involvement with Brewster and Cherepko political campaigns. The is so easy to confirm.

The authorities will have no trouble finding more than one first hand witness to testify. I cannot understand how the authorities caged Orie, and others for this but give Brewster and Cherepko a pass. Something is wrong with this picture.

I'm passing this information on to DA Zappala. I'm sure he'll want to look into it. We all know what an honest man DA Steve is.

You are too funny -- just too funny

Even if the DA did a perfect investigation which I would expect, the report will be buried by Cherepko just like Brewster buried the MPD overtime scandal.

McKeesport police tried to cover up Elash DUI by saying icy patches. A officer on the scene said he heard John Jason Elash admitting he had been drinking and his breath smelled of alcohol.

The police said the driver was missing but they weren't looking for the driver! Why if the driver is missing? They knew it was a Elash and tried to pull a McKeesport police cover up!

But he was guilty and could have killed someone driving drunk a 2nd time! But false say so charges are important in McKeesport! Why? Because they have retaliation in mind.

Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney charged with making false police reports

HARRISBURG - Attorney General Kathleen G. Kane today announced charges against a Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney, who allegedly made a false police report and improperly interfered with a reported stolen vehicle.

AG Kane identified the defendant as Lynn Nichols, a 22-year veteran of the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office most recently assigned as Assistant Chief of the Homicide Unit. The Office of the Attorney General was referred this case after a private complaint about the defendant was lodged with the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office. AG Kane noted the District Attorney's office immediately notified her office because of a conflict of interest.

The investigation revealed that Nichols allegedly used her influence as an Assistant District Attorney to have a reported stolen vehicle removed from NCIC in October 2012 to help her then-boyfriend. It is alleged that approximately one year after the vehicle was removed from NCIC and months after breaking up with the boyfriend, Nichols approached the lawful owner of the vehicle, knowing where the vehicle had been stored for the past year, and devised a scheme as an act of revenge to have the vehicle again reported stolen.

To accomplish this, Nichols is accused of placing a call to 911 from the vehicle's owner?s home phone, in the presence of the owner, and falsely reporting that the vehicle was stolen that day from the owner's residence. Police arrived at the owner's residence and the owner, with Nichols by her side purportedly acting as her "sister," signed the police report attesting that her vehicle was stolen from her residence that day. When the police left, Nichols, accused of using the owner's name, called the local police department in New Jersey and advised them that she reported her vehicle stolen in Philadelphia and received information that it may be at a specific address. The local New Jersey police department located the vehicle at the address and quickly knew it was not stolen that day because of its condition. When the local NJ police officer contacted the vehicle owner, she quickly reported that Nichols, a Philadelphia ADA who she had never met before, came to her house and relayed the story of the history of the vehicle and Nichols instructions to report it stolen.

Nichols is charged with one count of making false reports to law enforcement authorities and one count of obstruction of justice. Nichols cooperated with the investigation and turned herself in for arrest at the Southwest Detective Division on October 4, 2013.

The case will be prosecuted in Philadelphia County by Senior Deputy Attorney General Susan DiGiacomo of the Attorney General's Criminal Prosecutions Section.

(A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty.)

In McKeesport all false charges are meant to stick. The police use anyone they can to lie for them in order to push the McKeesport officials agenda.

They did this to Paul Shelly by the false charges claiming he had a gun a threatened a felon dry cleaner in McKeesport. The felons business closed, the DA dropped the charges, no gun was ever found!

The current McKeesport city solicitor pled guilty to DUI, but kept the job with higher pay after! Paul Shelly was a former McKeesport city council man, lost his job. The McKeesport city solicitor ridiculed Paul Shelly aka Sluggo, but was guilty of a crime!

It's McKeesport.

Yes, it is McKeesport, but it is the infallible power and wisdom of the esteemed, revered, and narcissistic best ball player in the history of the City who engineered immunities for the barrister.

That is not the first time he abused his authority. He and the barrister pulled the chestnuts out of the fire for a former jail guard who is now a councilperson and MACM board member. They own him as result of protecting him.

The esteemed one is on a roll, a very strong roll with considerable momentum, AT THIS TIME. He is a self proclaimed untouchable because he is a powerful state senator.

For a starting point, the authorities most likely bugged the phone call from the senator to the Porkster immediately after the shock of the wide spread gaming machine raids.

Why the interest and concern senator, opps you never figured the PSP had the Porkster's phone line tapped. Neither did the Honorable Rep Marc Gergely. Too bad for a start - for both of you.

You have to be concerned about who are the three informants mentioned in the 134 page search warrant affidavit. Let me repeat, like real concerned because they are most likely privy to the interworking of your kingdom.

The conviction rate for those indicted are astronomical. The 16 indicted very well know that and better still their lawyers know it even better. You cooperate - you might get off or get a reduced sentence otherwise off to the cage.

You seem to be hinting that the Imbrogno conviction and plea bargaining might have been the linked to or precipitated the comprehensive Mob Valley gaming machine raids.
I am not sure that I would subscribe to that theory. The AG could learn a lot by phone tapping surveillance and undercover agents.
The did at them, and found out the gambling ring participants had McKeesport political favor.
