That's a rumor? No way! Didn't he have a traffic citation in White Oak after the crash? If he doez, do you think the honorable judge knows about it?
I believe the public record shows he satisfied the WO traffic violation. I doubt the judge knows about it and I doubt that it could be introduced into the non-jury DUI trial for any reason. I would like to believe that the first DUI is more damaging than anything in this case.

We wish the esteemed solicitor the best possible outcome from the non-jury trial.

Top pay for very little work using government funds. CDBG etc.? Welfare? Recall the contract Housing Authority money withheld from McKeesport MHA? Pittman called it 'Blackmail.'

The money was taken by way of bidding process. Then extracted from the contract in turn. So it's worse than welfare, its theft outright! But, to everyone else looks like a simple contract bid. This was mentioned on Topix years ago.

Article - Defendant's bid rigging scheme constituted a betrayal of the trust placed in him as a public official," said U.S. District Judge Cathy Bissoon.

In the same article (the McKeesport attorney issues were ongoing at the time). Bethany wanted to use a firm with specific expertise. Others wanted to use the now 2x DUI solicitor.

If the money doesn't go to the required destination? Federal money (Imbrogno case) etc., taken without working for it from programs. I wonder if the sentence to Imbrogno was light, if he talked? Cooperative defendants usually have a lot to sing about! A good neighbor? Painting Contracts! Didn't the MASD use that term before in a higher contract bid?

Of COURSE Fifth Beatle said it was blackmail, HUD wanted the city to finally comply with how and where to spent the money or else HUD wouldn't release the funds. They're so corrupt, BBB is incensed,'they're trying to tell us how to spend the money...'

Yes, many of the dots seem to point to the Port if Imbrogno talked. All indications are that he talked but the public will never known. I doubt that he talked.

If he talked, I cannot believe that Risha, City of McKeesport, MASD, SASD, MHA, MACM, and RDCM were not part of the conversations with the federal agents.

I think that MASD and MHA would be worthy of exploring by the Feds. They should look at the MASD project management contracts, the good neighbor, and painting contracts at MHA.

Here's a history lesson on how the MOB Valley got so corrupt. Not sure of the exact years by mob underboss Antonio Ripeppi and an Irish mobster from Glassport set up all of the gambling operations throuhout western PA and parts of Ohio, West Virginia and Maryland.

Ripeppi Family is connected to the Zappala's through marriage. Willim Keisling is the expert on the subject (google yardbird Zappala for a quick refresh course). The recent gambling raid which has shut down operations for well over a month is unprecented in the history of MOB Valley. This is it. I'll continue to monitor the feds reaction Ralph was very much aware of everything that went on. I'm not suggesting he was the only one who spilled beans, even he was pleased with his sentence.

You can't be a casual observer, for example, the defense lawyer for one of the accused in the Pittsburgh Chief of Police investigation is Charles Porter. HIs name will be showing up more and more as the feds make their presence known.

Charles Porter is the son of Chuckie Porter former mob underboss. Look him up. He's also a graduate of Central Catholic. Charles and Stevie Zappala jr. were partners in a law firm before the Pittsburgh judges hand-picked Zappala to be district attorney. Up to a few years ago Zappala was still recieveing a stipend from the firm for being bouhg tout so he could tend to family business while overseeing Allegheny County as it's top prosecutor of people who got in the way of family business; Dr. Wecht and the Orie Family.

Charles Porter's presence in crucial cases like representing Sentaor Jane Orie's main accuser allows the Zappala Crime Family access to all pertinent trial information.

Although my guess is that the jury room was bugged the first time around and Orie would have been either found innocent or maybe a hung jury. Keep in mind whne you're dealing with Synchronized Crime anything is possible.

More on Ralph and other snitches as we move forward.

Way to over sensationalize this garbage. LOL... Who are you? On a side note.. there has been no "gambling shutdown" anywhere. A person was paid out on a poker machine at the Viking just wednesday evening.

I thought all the same things you do in this post. I wonder if its part of future steps upcoming. The Feds usually don't leave with evidence of the bidding questions. Coincidentally, Paul Shelly was on the topic of the "good neighbor bid" with others.

This bidding scheme reached Pittsburgh even. I think it is wider spread in Allegheny County. MHA and MASD should be next. Thanks.

Is this a profit center for Big Al. If so, would Ralph had known about it and perhaps reaped a monthly stipend when he was city manager.

You seem to be hinting that the Imbrogno conviction and plea bargaining might have been the linked to or precipitated the comprehensive Mob Valley gaming machine raids.

I am not sure that I would subscribe to that theory. The AG could learn a lot by phone tapping surveillance and undercover agents.

I guess we'd have to figure out the odds to find out who is right? Or, just wait it out like everyone else.

Wrong-Way Driver Charged With DUI
Police say the suspect had four times the legal limit for alcohol in his system.

Cecil Township police charged a Pittsburgh man with driving under the influence after officers said they observed the man driving in the wrong lane of traffic early Saturday morning.
Police said officers noticed a car being driven by Ryan Staley, 30, driving on the wrong side of the road as he was traveling East on Millers Run Road around 1:15 a.m. Saturday.

Police pulled Staley over, and officers said the man appeared to be confused, and unable to locate his driver's license and registration information.
They also noticed the smell of an alcoholic beverage emanating from his person, and that his eyes were glassy and bloodshot.

Staley slurred his speech as he spoke, police said.

Staley was asked to submit to a field sobriety test, which police said showed signs of impairment.

Officers placed Staley under arrest for suspicion of DUI, his vehicle was towed and he was transported to the Cecil Township Police Department for a breath test.

Police said that test showed that Staley had a blood-alcohol content of .335 percentómore than four times the legal limit.

When will he be required to send in his driver's license? Many have reported that he is still driving around the City.

Or is the fix in? MPD should be monitoring him when he surrenders his drivers license.

There is one exception to not stopping him --- The building on Long Run Road stopped his driving abruptly.
