I will only believe what is eventually posted on his criminal docket sheet for the results of the non-jury trial. As of today, the docket sheet has not been updated. If what you stated is true, the docket sheet should have recorded such by now because it is so simple.
I seriously doubt you got the complete disposition. Time will real the offical truth.
A lie

Can you plead to a lesser offense than DUI in Pennsylvania?
No, a plea bargain for a conviction of "wet reckless" (reckless driving involving alcohol) is barred by statute in Pennsylvania.

The City is not financialy strapped. They just got an unexpected $1,000,000 host fee from MACM and pulled $1,500,000 from the account holding the proceeds from the sale of the interceptors. They will have a surplus this year because of this.

The solicitor is not cheap. He is grossly overpaid and makes almost as much as the Pittsburgh solicitor plus other gift fees.

The solicitor is very tight with the mayor and business administrator. They would be totally lost without his advice and inputs. You have two inexperienced persons trying to run a $18 million business.

Just what do you mean about "stay tuned?" Is this is respect to the second DUI?

When did the Daily News start reporting stories about elected or appointed officials being arrested for DUIs? Perhaps, Jimmy Brewster gave the okay?

Couldn't have been Jim Brewster. He's been in the fetal position for over a week. Sucking on one thumb while the other is stuck up his butt.

Could it be that one recovers miraculously from a fetal configuration upon being assured that voice prints and those offered immunity may not be considered as creditable evidence or witnesses?

I think all is fine for most elected and appointed officials and tavern/shop operators in every municipality that hosted the gaming devices. They knew or know nothing.

The gaming raids, which were cryptically reported by the local news, may be ancient history if indictments are not forthcoming. Time is the only judge these days on these matters. Indictments are the definitive disposition actions.

I believe that the gaming raids matters have received their “last rites” and may be destined to be just another dark chapter in Mon Valley lore. Certainly, I hope I am misguided on this speculation and that several indictments ensue.

All are innocent at this time.

Remember when Washington crossed the Delaware on December 25/26 to defeat the enemy of our then emerging country. Jimmy Brewster, Sean Logan, the Washowich clan and the Zappala Crime Family are enemies of the commonwealth, our country and anything sacred to decent human beings. Have faith my friend, help is on the way.

These scumbags are faced with some very difficult decisions. Do they give the order to pull the trigger on guys like me. If so, do it before Christmas that sends a chilly message to other would-be whistle blowers to remain silent. But, then again, I'm not afraid of death. God miraculously sparred my son. For 24 years I should have been grieving his death. Instead,I watched his four children play soccer, football and so much more.

I've exposed the lowest forms of humanity among them, Lou Washowich, Sean Logan, Bill Scully, Jim Brewster, Tom Brletic, any dirt bag named Zappala. If it's my time, I can go with my head held up high.

From what I hear on the street New York mobsters are making fun of the Zappalas for being taken down by a security guard.

Merry Christmas fellows. Your time is up. And if my time is up so be it. I had a ball taking you freaks down.

You are just too mean with your posting. This personal and private situation that includes the characteristic of nomadic behavior is his choice.

You should be looking at the cause and source of his despicable historical behavior. His esteemed mentor, starting in 2003, should be credited with the blame for the solicitors’ deviation from expected professional behavior and conduct.

His mentor and protector, via the solicitor conduct, created an unpredictable political tool with difficult situations characteristic of a Frankenstein political dynasty drama.

Unexpectedly, the mentor’s “Perfect Political Kingdom” was assaulted by “Attila the Hun” forces masqueraded as synchronized and covert gaming machine raids. The Achilles heel of the kingdom are the telegraphic smoke signals mistakenly believed to be undetectable by the investigators.

The justice tool of immunity could be honed for swift implementation and effectiveness. The kingdom may be under legal attack and siege. Only, time and its history will capture the final solutions and resolutions.

A push has become a shove. Looks like Jimmy Brewster, The Washowichs, Bill Scully, Sean Logan, Tom Brletic and the Zappala Sicilian scumbags may be the biggest chumps ever. You're all a big joke. Tough guys my ass. Dirty cops, rotten bastards, yes, but tough guys, I don't think so.

How much time you guys think you have. For what it's worth, people are laughing their ass off at all of you.

There's never been a better time to expose the crap that has ruined so many lives.

The Fifth Beatle was given time off several times and threatened to be fired many times by the Senator when he was mayor. How could the Beatle possibly be a member of your special group? You are misinformed!

Moreover, the Fifth Beatle was fired by present mayor after being incessantly harassed and disparaged by the disgraced multiple DUI solicitor, the mayor's irresponsible scofflaw confidant.

The mayor and scofflaw DUI solicitor tried to shake down the Beatle's MIDA for about $2500 of unnecessary legal fees for a MIDA transaction. The Beatle thwarted this failed extortion scheme. The mayor and solicitor retaliated. That is why the mayor and DUI solicitor ejected the Beatle’s MIDA organization out of their city hall office.

The Beatle pays his rent and get ejected; The DUI solicitor is delinquent on his rent and Mikey covers it up by embedding it with his office partner’s rent. The taxpayers gift free rent to the DUI solicitor thanks to Mikey who always wants to be fair and transparent. Ha Ha!

Mikey's words and deeds do not always coincide at times.

Maybe the outcome of the schemed arrest of Mr. Shelly and then Mayor Brewster's cpublic all for Mr. Shelly to resign from council taught the mayor a difficult lesson!

Could Mr. Ference be baiting him into some stupid and foolish retaliation? The gaming raid landscape and environment tend to neutralize the wisdom of misusing the abuse of authority and discretion.

Too many other authorities are focused on the Port where a significant number the gaming devices resided which was the source of the never-ending contributions to city political entities.

Th solicitor and the mayor are responsible per the home rule charter to enforce all city ordinances. There is a city ordinance to assess, collect, and enforce the earned income taxes and business privilege taxes.

Did the gaming machine vendor register with the City? Enough said about who might be complicit in perpetuating this illegal endeavor! Let the authorities sort this one out.

Mikey and his confidant are responsible to enforce this ordinance. Contributions to city political affairs do exempt anyone from applicable ordinances.
