Sylvester Warren, 51, was captured early today, hours after sheriff's deputies said he went Downtown to the Superior Court prothonotary's office in the City-County Building to file an appeal to a lower court decision. Witnesses told deputies he became upset when he was told he could not do so and then said three times that he would assault a judge.

One witness recounted Mr. Warren saying, "I'm going to get a big lunch, a bottle of whiskey, and I am going to wait for the judge and I am going to beat the judge from one end of Grant Street to the other until the cops pull me off of her."

That prompted sheriff's deputies to issue a warrant for Mr. Warren's arrest.

A team of officers searched homes he was known to frequent Wednesday night, and found him in Clairton just after 12:30 a.m.

He was jailed and charged with terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct.

I heard that he thought that the web site was another entitlement program and that he would get one grand a week if was smart enough to access it.

Dumped my garbage all over the Port again yesterday. Cleaning out my truck was never so easy. I even tossed some old carrots I found in the seat for those homeless scum living up under the ramp.
