Is that really possible? They all have taxpayer paid jobs and start early and work late hours.

When would they have the time? Where would they get current information and inside knowledge?

I think they are just very hard workers and would not even have the time. In fact, I am told that they take very short lunch breaks and skip lunch most of the time due to pressing issues and answering constituent phone calls.

And I am told the new $60,000 CD director really sets the pace for them. He arrives very early and leaves way after normal hours. He never takes a lunch. Now we are really getting a bargain with him and that is why Mayor Cherepko gave him $5,000 more than the very experience person Mike forced to resign.

I think the City has a very skilled and powerful central administration team that exemplifies the Mayor Cherepko's feel good theme.

Keep up the good work MDC team.

Dont these folks have computers close by to post on Topix or maybe watch porn on the web?

Even if it's to hold a sandwich while eating lunch with their busy schedule ( cough ) in one hand and type with the other?

They play with computers, you heard wrong and are lying. Cherepko collects free government tax money, then passes it to others. After all, Cherepko has city $900,000 surplus, the last if McKeesport money. He's using it for his own money. You see them and lie be ause you are one if the mistresses in city hall.

Elash is friends with the Gergely brothers, and everyone reports seeing him ignore meetings and work to use his devices.

They are all on Topix, and do nothing on the government dime. They flirt outside of McKeesport city hall with women, and other employees while smoking. Elash lookes like he went on a drunken binge several days outside city hall.

He was going up to vehicle windows, collecting bags, some kinds of donations. John Jason Elash did drive drunk, but we expect he's going to work after hang overs.

He's probably driving while buzzed, which is still drunk driving. He just hasn't gotten caught again, unless they cover him up still.

They only get free government money, then use McKeesport city hall like a personal play house. That's why James Brewster moved back into his old mayoral city hall space.

But, none of these political free government money handouts are helping McKeesport. The money is used for personal gain, and photo ops to say, "hey, look what I did." It's a Cherepko, firmer mayor taught tactic. But, the government handed them the money! Not one thing in McKeesport is based on any McKeespirt political flunkies own merit.

They brought by section 8 and the McKeesport Housing Authority, then position themself on the staff to take the money, adding it to personal money. Mike Cherepko lives as far away from African Americans as possible. They adore him because he steals from tax payers, government free money, then hand it to them. Once they get it, he uses events they do to take photo ops.

He claims credit for all by government, McKeesport residents money. All events in McKeesport are accomplished by using other people's money. He doesn't serve people, he's a thief to the government, and McKeesport residents. Like it or not, it's the truth.

Brewster criticized Malinchak for making the document public, calling it an irresponsible act.

"Why would you have a document that is not completed and is in draft form?" the mayor asked. "Mr. Malinchak clearly overstepped his bounds."

"My job is the watchdog for the citizens," Malinchak said.

Pay scam, owing the IRS, multiple drunk driving charges:

The solicitor isn't covered by the union as a separate, selective mayor chosen, hired hand.

The MHRC (McKeesport Home Rule Charter) only allows the solicitor a job, if the budget allows. If the budget doesn't allow or is doctored, as most expect (past on old tax collected figures), the McKeesport solicitor, John Jason Elash can be let go by council.

Also, what tax filing form does John Jason Elash (McKeesport solicitor and head of the McKeesport Law Department), file his taxes using?

As per the McKeesport council meeting heated exchange, after interim McKeesport mayor Regis fired John Jason Elash:

"Council approves the solicitor, and the mayor executes the contract on behalf of the city," Mayor Michael Cherepko said. "It's a non-bidding contract ... for professional services. Council doesn't have a say as long as it's within the budget."

Walker-Montgomery said the mayor didn't know what she was laughing about, and he should not call her out on an assumption. Both parties were silenced by Segina's gavel as they told one another to watch their mouths and educate themselves.

Frustration floods McKeesport council chambers

The union workers an be asked to take reduction in pay, answering McKeesport mayor and solicitor no. Effectively, the could all get flu shots as a preventative measure on the McKeesport medical benefits. They could all go for general check ups to make certain they are ready for the winter work ahead, especially the McKeesport street plowing crew.

Additionally, the can refuse (another no answer to the McKeesport mayor Mike Cherepko and silly solicitor John Jason Elash.)

When the money is gone, regardless of the doctored budget (when the money is gone), but when the funds are diminished, Elash can be let go. We all correctly figured that the $900,000 was taken to somehow personally benefit the mayor and solicitor right hand man to the mayor.

1. Employees are smart enough to support a family, unlike the male chauvinist single Elash by simply saying no to the payment reduction. Saying no is beneficial to city workers because Christmas is coming. These families don't short family like Elash does.

2. Employees are smart enough to say no to any contribution to medical benefits. They no these changes aren't to save McKeesport money with a pay raise intended for John Jason Elash. Besides, McKeesport mayor Mike Cherepko is building a brand new house. McKeesport employees should ask mayor Mike Cherepko to offer the $900,000 surplus for winter city employee, family benefit.

Recall how former mayor James Brewster (now senator Brewster), had sacrificed pay amounts to later collect them with the help of current mayor Mike Cherepko? Maybe Brewster can find it in his heart to pay the McKeesport employees instead of send them for help to the institutions the money went to? I'd say the mayor took that money with zero foresight of any planning, as Dennis Pittman accused him of not doing.

Now the employees need to use all of the medical benefits possible.

1400 Meadow Street,
McKeesport Fire, House Destroyed Fire Chief Fell Hard On Icy Patches.

http://pittsburgh.cbslocal.com/video/9567093-...

Record the tax loss for each and every burned, abandoned, sheriff sale house in all McKeesport . Make certain they are removed from the illegal doctored second budget book for McKeesport, Pennsylvania. Take pictures to prove to the bank, make certain they understand the politicians use inflated asset figures for the possible loans. Make certain the banks know McKeesport is going broke. McKeesport can be sued for using wrong figures on purpose to receive loans and other money from others. Especially, the FBI may get involved of the amounts are over $10,000.

Remove 1400 meadow street extra large house, can't sell it either. Extra McKeesport loss. The Salvation Army not helping her as usual? The Red Cross will help her. McKeesport money was squandered for Salvation Army employees to collect pay and support themself. The employees use the supposedly non profit van for personal uses! McKeesport mayor Mike took the Senator Brewster refused money so they can.

Was the fire chief drunk on the scene? McKeesport has a solicitor expert on the subject, McKeesport 716 Long Run Road building crash.
He'll comment and answer of you ask! No Cadillac white SUV involved. Maybe it's a cover up. Remove the medical and physical therapy costs used for employees, accidents, and emergencies from the latest city budget. Project the long term McKeesport medical benefit losses from the false public budget book.

McKeesport used inflated, older figures to receive loans in the past.

This is too funny and an outright lie. Mayor's Surplus is a bold outright lie and the public believe for it thank to the local paper who blindly publishes any lie the mayor proclaims.

Except for Segina, who exposed i,t the other councilpersons do care or do not understand the higher math.

The truth is it is the Mayor's Deficit, not surplus. Mayor Mike said the city could finish the year $2 M in the red. So he dipped into the liquidated asset account for some $900,000 to partially reduce the $2 M deficit.

The true definition is that the source of $900,000, like many previous years, was from liquidation of assets. Some refer to this as selling the family jewels.

How can it be a surplus when the source was the selling off $21 million asset, i.e. sewage gathering system to the MACM?

How much of the $14 million left over after paying down debt obligations is left from that deal? What has the effect of the onerous transaction been on our sewage bills?

Your sewage bill will be impacted by the Cherepko originated and implemented $1,000,000 host fee.

Remember this was supported by MACM board members under the chairmanship of the former public works director. Cherepko then gifted the public works director some $25,000 incentive to retire after he knew was going to retire anyway and after the feds subpoenaed public works records early this year. You decide if there is bread buttering here?

The hose fee has to be funded by your monthly sewage.

Our only salvation is if the outlying municipalities have a cause for action and follow through on it.

I have no idea how much of the $14 million is left. I not sure any on council knows or cares except Segina.

Thank you. I wonder if Segina even knows. As he has fell out of favor with the former mayor's chosen people, he likely isn't privvy to as much info as he used to be. It would be a great question for him or a citizen to ask at the next meeting in the public spotlight.

Mr. Ference although I do not share your opinions some of the time, I certainly commend you for your persist and your postings on Mon Valley corruption and other important matters.
Your persistence and logic are always welled supported by information mined or new articles originated by others. This is supper evidence to support your allegations.
Your postings keep corrupt individuals on their toes like kissing their tall mistresses.
Above all, how anyone not agree and see that you are a real man who has the courage and commitment to provide your legal name on Topix? I recall one time you even published your home address. Would your critics be willing to reveal their legal name like you do everytime?
You have contributed significantly to keeping the media, law enforcement officials, and corrupt government officials eyes on the "meatball" of flagrant public corruption.
Keep up exposing the excellent and informative dialogue -- the good citizens are starved for it, and the bad guys/gals abhor and shirk from it. In spite the popular McKeesport defense that negativity harms the city, I would contend that non-transparency and deception harm the City more.
Thanks for the unpaid and unappreciated public service. Keep your truth squad narratives flowing and ultimately they will be congruent with gambling raids convictions and perhaps new collateral indictments.
We must have hope and keep the course. You are one of the few on Topix that set the tone and a clear trajectory to clean up the Mon Valley overflowing cesspool of corruption.
No one acknowledges that poker machines could have been a great revenue source for the city. The state refused to legalize gambling unless the casinos dumped money that never went back to the city where it was spent.

We all know that the machines are great revenue sources. As the senator said that Porky was always there when the city needed him. Porky donated hams and made political contributions.
But now those who Porky helped barely know him now that he pleaded guilty. But fear not, Calamity Cane will free him and then "knight" him as a pillar of the community like Dan Vehicle. The good and honest judge said it!

This distribution of wealth was widely known and acknowledged by all that are informed.

No law official seems to be concerned about the unreported $1,000,000 confiscated. Where are you FBI and IRS?

But in an editorial the DN proclaimed that they did fair and balance reporting on the City?

Oh yea, is that why it took days to report the infamous consigliore DUI matter?

How you doing with the unauthorized MPD overtime report that DA provided?

Ask the former mayor about the buried MPD OT report and its contents?

How is the media doing with missing MACM copper and scrap?

How about the very covered up of a well-connected City employee physical assault on his boss?

How about publishing a list of all City employees and connected voters who are tax delinquent?

Yes, the missing $,1,000,000 and intercepted communication seemed to be buried by the authorities!

How about two councilman doing business with the City in violation of the State Ethics Laws?

But the local news media is fair and balanced? Ha Ha

Absolutely, not only that murder, but I would include the Tanya Kach case and all the other unsolved crimes involving innocent children. One never knows when a person will finally step forward to expose the truth. Just like the Cornell Sex Scandal were all connected parties are essentially rewarded for deviant behavior. Of course, many people from McKeesport will object to my phrase deviant behavior when describing two adults serving as lookout for two other adults (all teachers nonetheless) having sex in a classroom.
