I am just dense. I am in with the machine. My machine friends all won. And, we got AJ Tedesco to flip to our side.

The people know that Jimmy and Marc and Mikey when he gets around to it contribute all their money for years they received from the Porkster.

Once we distance the machine from Councilman Carr all will be fine. We will try to interest Councilman Soles to replace Carr and run the IV, Marina, and Palisades without the ice cream wagon.

If Keith is not interested we can bring Mr. Joyce back with Bo Wagner who be freed soon.

The council was briefed about anything the city knew. It's not appropriate to discuss specifics but these issues were well discussed at public meetings. Malinchaks investigation was mentioned all the time by daily news and pg? You people are desperate. Lol

The wild card in these video machines investigations is the "thrown under the bus" Councilman and Viking owner Mr. Dan Carr.

Jimmy said he barely knew him and meet him four years ago. We believe you Jimmy. Ha Ha

That is why the MDC Chairman endorsed him for council and fired Palisades Manage Mr. Mike Joyce and appointed Dan control of IV, Palisades, Marina, and Renzie Park entertain programs.

No matter what you proclaim publicly, Jimmy this did not happen with your eyes wide shut.

Nice PR strategy to put more distance between you and Mr. Carr. Just hope that Mr. Carr does not decide to flip because he will return the favor.

We know you barely knew the late Dr. Rishs, but you were seen breaking bread with him more than once.

The duplication of the article on the front page of the Sunday Tribune Review on the front page of the Daily New, above the crease, could be the beginning of new era of enlightenment for the Port.

If seems that Mr. Scaife is OK with his reporters saying it like it is. This is a welcome relief from the "donate to charity" spin to defend the machine culprits exposed with contributions from the Porkster.

Most shocking and damaging in the Daily News article are that the Porkster proclaimed about his connections with City administration and the police force.

AG Kane must have known about Porkster connections with MPD police force and Cherepko and that is why AG Kane did not want to burden the MPD with assisting in the City raids. This could lead to a series of follow up questions with the mayor and police chief. This will be a very interesting thread in week to come.

Solicitor Elash's response to influence peddling was hilarious. Absolutely NO, JASON I DO NOT BELIVE YOU. You lost creditability with your 2X DUIs and two moving traffic violations that all seemed to be too softened.

It seems like Porkster let the cat out the bag. I would expect the AG prosecuting attorney to ask the Porkster on the stand the following questions:

You proclaimed that Mr. Carr had enemies because he was becoming too powerful. He is on the verge of bankruptcy and owns the IRS thousands and he is too powerful? Oh before you step down, name his enemies!

My theory is that the MDC wanted to get Dan out of the political picture so he would not challenge Mike or Jamie in the next mayoral election. They took care of turncoat AJ Tedesco with a plush overpaid job. The MDC will next target Mayor Mike for political dismantlement and then the senator's daughter will waltz in.

Mikey, you got a problem if the number of confiscated machines do not jive with the number of city licensed machines. Who influenced you to under count the entertainment devices? I wonder if the AG and State Police might be interested in these discrepancies. Are these the records that the AG already subpoenaed?

Snitching worked very well for Ralph Imbrogno and all those so called loyal staffers for Orie, Veon, Habay, Deweese, Fumo, Mellow, and Perzel, etc.

The most frequently used and most cost effective defense strategy is to qualify for immunity or a plea bargain.

This could be the card that Mr. Carr might consider pursuing being that Jimmy barely knows him, the MDC deserted him, his council collogues are jockeying for distance, and Mayor Cherepko demeaned him by asking him not to attend the last council meeting and his name plate was obscured from vision.

This is further aggravated by his diminishing trade at his Viking Lounge and the haunting significant IRS income tax liens.

Even his close friend, the Porkster, blamed Mr. Carr's meteoritic power ascending for one of the reasons for the gaming machine raids.

Nothing like throwing a former business partner and friend under the bus, Porkster. How do you know that Dan just might consider returning the favor?

The corrupt organization's house cards appears to becoming rather unstable with internal strife.

When is the next damage control and spin control meeting scheduled at the 5th floor penthouse?

The wheels on the political bus are loose but have not come off yet. Those anticipated and pesky next round of indictments may have a deleterious impact the tightness of the bolts.

If more indictments do not come down, the bus will recover and all is well in the city political house of cards.

All this guy does is raise questions that always are wrong! No wrongdoing! People saying he was right? About what? That there are poker machines in all bars? State enforces it! Always have! Mayor Mike and Brewster received contributions from the pork! So what, they all did! Corbett got it too and from Risha too! Please. Desperate loosers! Have a positive idea or we replace you! Bye bye!!

You mean replaced like one indicted councilperson, the controller should be replaced?

We will see if and when other law enforcement procedural measures are announced in the future. That could be the litmus test.

The controller was right in trying to invoke International Village gate accountability for years. Ironically, the indicted councilperson is the Chairman of the International Village committee.

Hopefully, Mr. Carr should soon be the former IV chairman if the mayor and council do their job. They should demand Mr. Carr resigns from appointed positions or remove him.

The controller will be proven right trying to request council to have an audit of the Palisades. Someday the Auditor General may sort that mess out and all will be exposed.

The Porkster and late Dr. Risha never proclaimed that they owned the state and the state police force? But the Porkster claimed on tape that he owned the City and police force.

Also, PPM owner and a Democratic and his family contributed over $10,000 to Corbett at a Risha sponsored fund raiser in Duquesne. Tedesco said he donated so that Corbett would return his phone calls. Why would PPM need to call Corbett for MASD affairs?

Contributions are very legal. It is the pay for play aspects that make the authorities uncomfortable and get their attention.

You are correct that poke machines are in all bars just like speeding take place on every Commonwealth roadway. Only a few get nailed and this is the way it is.

Up until the time that the Porkster and his corrupt organizations consortium got raided, the pay for play worked fine and under the radar for years.

Recall the Senator/Mayor Brewster said the Porkster was always there when we needed him. Just what did the Senator mean by this?. Do not forget who permitted machines to operate at the Circus behind the fire station on city property.

By then unexpectedly AG Kane and the State Police got injected into the Porkster crime equation WITHOUT the assistance of the MPD, County Police, or DA.

What he meant was he ran the whole carnival and pd for fireworks for the kids. He donated to any youth sports that needed anything. He donated to campaigns because he wanted strong viable communities to operate in. Cherepko did recount of machines January of last year, if getting payoff he wouldn't have had to pay for more machines.

How does supporting political hacks help provide strong viable communities? I appreciate Porky's contributions to the kids. It's too bad he had such poor taste in candidates to back.
