Let me start it off with noting that Malinchak has been ranting and raving about International Village paper trail. He used to sit and giggle while telling people the village grossed way more money the year after Darryl Segina stopped running the festival, which I note was the 50th anniversary, when LESS people showed up for the festival after Darryl left. Now he teams up with Segina and they try to fund witch hunt investigations into garbage? If you saw the intl village shortfall with Segina, why didnt you hire a form to investigate then ray? Why didn't you report it to anyone who would listen? Why are you not talking about it now on here you hippocrite cheap shot artist?

Oooooooo...ooooooooo....oooooo o. I got one!! Our Snow White controller was asked to attend meetings convened by then mayor Brewster with drilling companies because he had stated he had several leases himself. Once learning the City had plans to take property adjacent to the park to drill on to raise revenue and help with any tax increases, good old ray puts a claim in with the Redevelopment Authority to buy it himself!!! He argues he applied first so he should get it!! City Controller? Watchdog? Who the hell is watching the dog?

It seems like you are doing a excellent job of watching him. Keep up the good work.

A quick perusal of the site tonight leads me to believe that some are so desperate to get their friends out of the headlines they are throwing stones at others likely not here to defend themselves. Machine 101.

Malinchak has been the best fiscal watchdog the city has had. He has pointed out numerous financial shenanigans attempted by city officials. Let's hope people are appreciative and don't vote straight D lever in November. Malinchak is truly an Independent mind well skilled to keep an eye on those who need an eye kept upon. You can tell when an incumbent is doing a good job and not playing ball. They don't get endorsed. Vote Malinchak!

Exactly. Why should a city controller focus on the two-bit gambling machines when the city clowns are trying to steal millions in the meantime?

If the licenses were paid, what can Ray do on his own? If I were making one call to the state or feds, it would be for the big problems.

He isn't going to spend a dime come election time because we all know he will be saying his goodbyes. Why give that clown the satisfaction of reading his name on a thread???

His name has only been brought up to deflect from the controversy that Carr, Gergely, Brewster and Cherepko are now embroiled in. It's a classic deflection.

Should every one who dines at the Twins Oaks or Viking or many other taverns object because there are video machines on the premises?

Do you expect Ray to call the AG for these illegal machine also?

I do not believe that law enforcement is part of his controller responsibilities. Heck, he cannot even persuade Council to enforce gate accountability at Chairman Carr's International Village.

As Mayor Cherepko said publicly, he has no power.

I speculate that Carr, Gergely, Brewster, and Cherepko involvements in the video investigations are in their infancy.

The slow motion explosion will evolve when more indictments come down.

It will continue when the confidential informants reveal their information.

It will continue when one or more of the indicted flip. I predict Carr will flip became Cherepko embarrassed him and threw him under the bus. Mike violated the code of MDC brotherhood and Dan will repay the favor.

It will continue when one or more of those to be indicted flip.

It will continue when tipsters contact the AG with leads and suspicions.

It will continue when the contents of wiretaps taps are revealed.

It will not be a comfortable remainder of 2013 for them. Is there an omen with the 13 in the year?

We hope that all the innocent are protected and cleared.

Street rumors have it most felony charges will be dropped on many 'bag' men. Some misdemeanors will probably stick which is somewhat like a traffic violation. The more they round up, the better.
This way only a few birds have to sing and naturally more clowns that are rounded up, means someone will finger out the secret how the magician pulls the rabbit out of the hat.
Wonder who will save their necks from the downward motion of the guillotine. As we say on the streets 'heads' will roll but not for the bird/birds who chirps the loudest.
The councilman and school board culprits ( bagmen ) will remain at their positions until they are voted out, as the field of write in candidates mount up a strong non nepotism agenda and clean hands candidate '. I cant see that happened.
However the more people who storm the meeting halls calling for resignations, the better.
Tax payers have leverage now and should use this one time offer to oust anyone who opposes the resignation of these bagmen.
You can always hold the politicians accountable to anyone that doesnt go along with the tax payers demands. It's not that hard.Elections come and go...
Time to clean house one by one...it's your city ,take it back !

!
The felonies will be dropped only if the authorities are satisfied with their operatic performances. They have to give up very valuable and damaging information on others for reduced charges. This is the worst nightmare for several elected officials. Who and how many are going to flip!

If one or more flip and provide details of the underground runner kick back corrupt organization, some elected official's may be implicated. IMO that is what motivates the AG and State Police. This inside information would explode this case.

Remember the authorities never quit trying to nail Dr. Risha, they finally nailed him and life expectancy circumstances trumped the pending federal indictment. Dr. Risha beat the pending indictment because he ran out of time not because the FBI quit.

The Snow White Controller lives in the City.

Does his opponent who is Machine picked by Brewster and donated a lot of $cash$ to Brewster and Cherepko live in the City?

Plus his opponent has one elected position and is on an authority. He is controlled by the Machine and Brewster.

Someone who agrees with "the machine" cares about the city and will do a good job. Ray is a moron sensationalist who is always, always wrong. Made alot of accusations, hurt alot of people, now it's his turn. Never helped at all with any solutions at all. All his accusations were wrong. He is in his last year of public service. Should be locked up!

Mikey and his puppet council people or the machine should be able to impeach him or bring charges to have him locked up. Mikey had the police remove him from a council meeting. Why not remove him from office?

What is the Port so called leadership waiting for or do they lack the evidence or lack the courage?
