Not sure I can completely decode your narrative. Is the lawsuit up on the Prothonotary's web site? What is the distance rule when a corporation barrier is almost pierce proof?
But public records on the Prothonotary's web site reveal that Mr. Soles (now a councilman) was initially a part owner, but is believed to have sold all his interest sometime ago. He is not involved at all with the recent closure. He was smart and astute enought to move on.
However, he and his spouse are joined at the hip politically and socially with the controlling political elite.
Mr. Soles was part owner? That's the anonymous poster on Topix arguing.

I believe a poster clarified that the councilman was a stockholder in Pizza and Gyro Express along with Mr. Adam Lucas at one time. This is clear from GD-09-1462. The complaint can be a little confusing because the title is not clear about who is associated with what business entity. However it becomes clear in the complaint text which is a little complex. One must read the complaint to understand the issues.

Apparently one entity of Pizza and Gyro Express sued a competing entity of Pizza and Gyro Express (i.e., Lucas and Soles, etc.) and Tiger Town. In other words the councilman was a defendant along with Tiger Town as a stockholder in Pizza ad Gyro Express.

The councilman a long time ago disengaged from this business investment. He is far removed from this matter as you and I at this time.

However, as investigative things warm up at city hall I speculate that the councilman will subtlety seek more distance between him and the bully mayor and his 2X DUI cohort solicitor. The councilman is smart, astute, and perceptive. It took him some time, but he finally decoded their nefarious motives which could be very risky to ones well being.

Excellent information. I didn't like the mice running around Pizza and Gyro Express. I met a lot of nice regulars over the past years. I seen mice running alongside the walls while eating, several visits.

The food was excellent sometimes, at others outright nasty. Depended on the cook.

I wonder how they were a defendant with Tiger Town? What was the case about?

What was the pizza place disputed in the location rule? What's the rule broken down?

Soles is smart to figure something is wrong with the McKeesport political climate.

This seems like a nasty unfair rumor to harm the business or it owners. We hope it is a rumor only.
They appear to operate a well managed and operated class business. We eat there frequently and enjory their food and atmosphere. It is a good gathering place for those affiliated with the city or governmentto relax and exchange opinions.
Not a rumor.

Well, I guess you told me then, eh ?

LOL

Sorry, thought that discussion of actual fact versus anonymous bullying would be interesting for a change.

I think the booth was removed or will be up for federal auction? Your DNA might still be absorbed by the porous material. That is quite a legacy.

Rumor that someone is opening a new eatery at the old Burger King on 48.

We welcome such and with them all the success possible.

I sure miss that old Burger King.

Are you complaining because you order five of them instead of received only three?
