I knew I hadn't seen him since McKee hired that other guy, I figured they just hired him cause andrew had went to work for the county or something. Weird change in career though

Which one of the four deputies didn't pass a drug test when they switched to police department?

it was bs from the start. The drug testing was only done to cause him to loose his job just like with any others that the county controlled. If they knew you were taking medications then they would drug test you if they want you gone. It was no secret that the officer who was fired agreed with Denny about the corruption. This officer was viewed as an outsider in the judge, treasures mind and he did not need to be there. He could cause trouble because he upheld his oath. If you are honest or show even the slightest bit if resistance to these county people who call themselves the true Jackson countians they will make up so much stuff and the sad thing is time after time people knowing how deceitful and evil these true Jackson countians are and they follow like lost sheep. The officer had some jacked up teeth and was being treated by a dentist. He has scripts for his medicine but was told he had to be fired. He himself is sitting Ina federal lawsuit and don't know it. So are the rest if the made up police force. They don't know what's owed to them but they may just find out.

I am sure everyone who has ever failed a drug test has told a similar story. On how many DIFFERENT OCCASIONS did this one particular officer fail a drug test? I seem to remember it as being more than just once.

I think he had proof that he was under the care if a dr or he would have never been allowed to work past failing the first one, right? However the only test they will give you is in the same day urine and blood test.

I really don't know all the details, but you are saying he did indeed fail more than one drug test, right?

I am unclear as to how many failed drug tests there were. I suppose my impression there was more than one failed drug is due to the following post made on April 23, 2012. In this post someone is making excuses for a deputy's use of prescription pills as being due to dental procedures which would have occured sometime prior to April 23, 2012.

http://www.topix.com/forum/city/mckee-ky/TG5I...

Then, in a following post, also made on April 23, 2012, the same poster states the former deputy is healed and no longer needs the presciptions for his dental surgery.

http://www.topix.com/forum/city/mckee-ky/TG5I...

The failed drug test which was ordered by the fiscal court did not occur until October of 2012.

Now, it is being said here that the drugs the former deputy was using which caused him to fail the test ordered by the fiscal court were due to prescriptions for his teeth/dental treatments. But yet the post from April of 2012 stated he no longer needed the prescription for his dental problems?

So, all this would mean the former deputy was using prescription pills for pain due to a dental surgery from AT LEAST April-October, a period of 7 months.

I suppose this chain of events is what causes me to question how many drug tests the former deputy has actually failed.

Oops, let me try that last link confirming the fiscal court drug test wasn't until October again....

I'm not accusing anyone of anything, but just asking questions because the information concerning the former deputy's prescriptions seems to be conflicting.

The county did not provide him insurance at the time so yea it took a long time for him to get his dental work done. It's expensive and to my knowledge he still has dental when done from time to time. That does not make him a drug addict. He is a good cop and the county lost out on that only because a few bj the courthouse cliche did not like him.
