And this needs to be known so jurors have the full picture.Brian was very close to family and his cousin Matthew Carrick and Brian did not simply run away or dissapear so it's clear he was murdered and they also had marios friends testify that he told them he had Shane kill him and then buried body and then unburied body to dump in Mississippi river. So no body is ever going to be found it's decomposed by now but evidence clearly shows Mario knows what happened to brian. And Brian was Marios best friend, some friend huh

I hear so much that umpteen people knew about this. If those who knew did not report it, then they should be charged as accomplices.

This is one crazy case. Apparently Cook County IL is not the only crooked county in that state. This whole prosecution and conviction is a sham on the highest levels. One prosecution witness even said on the stand that he delivered the fatal blow!!! But he got a sweet deal. Immunity in this case and a reduced sentence on his drug case if he fingered Cascario. Mr Lamb is currently recanting his testimony. But the biggest shocker of all is that a fingerprint of another young man who worked at the store was found in Carricks blood. And now nice that the lab tech who signed off on the crime scene investigation wasn't even called to testify!! HELLO!!!! Any HONEST cop and prosecutor in the country will tell you that bloody fingerprint is nothing short of a smoking gun!!! But Mr Render conveniently died before this could be brought to trial. I feel bad for Carricks family that they think they have finally gotten justice. Stay tuned as the appeals are ongoing.

It's no doubt he was killed in Vals but Renders fingerprint was found in Carricks blood. That's a smoking gun dude! How in the world does the prosecution of Cascario go forward when the prosecution knew this? Why didn't they put the crime scene lab tech on the stand? Being conveniently out of state testifying in another case is no excuse. They could have pushed his testimony in this trial to another day when he was finished in the other case. That smells so rotten to me.

Oh please. Render went looking for Carrick and Cascario even paged him in the store and his fingerprint was found in Carricks blood. Render also disappeared for two hours and nobody can account for where he was. Explain all that.
