I agree with the smart butt part of it. He seems to get that way when dealing with certain types of people!

Keith has been in this business for a LONG time. He has done an excellant job at what he does. So, maybe someone's hate is hidden jealousy.

I am sure that if you had to deal with that many women a day, you'd develope a 'tude of your own.
