We seem to hold others to the terms of their probation but what about the sheriff? I wonder if he is still drinking all the time because if he is he would need to be resentenced on his DUI as well.

I agree w/gett off it.....I also feel that if you have a personal beef with someone then you should have the nerve to confront them personally and not hide behind numerous alias's....Malissa.....that is a pretty unique way to spell that....I think I've only seen it once....YEAH, WHEN I WAS BORN!!!
The REAL Malissa

I agree with Malissa - The first Malissa - and probably the real Malissa! This is about equal justice and not being above the law. I seriously doubt that "Seriously" has a clue. She is probably an employee of the department and trying to stick up for her boss. In reality, she probably knows exactly what is going on down there but afraid to talk about it. My guess is that some day she will wake up and get a real job on a real department. Get off it is probably another employee too. Maybe we all work there or maybe we don't.

Is She hot, or not? Isn't everyone on here hiding behind alias's? I mean, who would ever name their child "i agree", or "Seriously", or "get off it" or misspell Malissa? The nice thing about blogs is that everyone can feel free to express their opinion's and they don't have to use their real names. From reading all the blogs about the sheriff, it would seem that he has a lot of people that don't like him and a very few that do. I would imagine that it will all come out in the wash around election time. If he is worthy of that office, he will be relected. If not, he won't! I don't think either Malissa will have any control over the election!

"Moshier spent several months in jail in Missouri and was then extradited back to Johnson County Nebraska, where Deputy Johnson County Attorney Rick Smith had filed a motion to revoke Moshiers probation so that he could be resentenced on the escape charge. Upon being resentenced, he received 20-35 months in prison."

I think the county attorney did a great job as usual. Now if they could clean up the Sheriff's Office, that would be great.
