Johnathan needed to get his act together for a long time. Then all of this happened. It's sad that he killed his own brother and I believe he should pay for it. On the other hand Curtis did the only thing he could do. Their father is very ill. People can say what they want they don't know what really happened. I believe that Richard would have killed Junior (Pernie) along with several others. Richard was mentally unstable and he needed help. But there was no helping him when he went crazy. All in all this is just a sad story. I don't believe that Curtis should pay for self defense. But on the other hand his son Johnathan should pay for killing his brother. Which was in my opinion not self defense.
