Stutter much?! Btw you really should learn to read before you post comments... just sayin'... your bullshit may make sense to people if they didn't stumble over your underdeveloped typing. Any fool can act as retarded as you and all the other idiots posting false stories about kids. Why don't you try acting like your at least smart enough to check up on the rumor, you are so joyously helping to spread, before you continue to spread lies. It would be a little different if there was even the smallest piece of truth to the slanderous shit that keep rolling out your mouth!

If he is innocent he has nothing to worry about but he should have called the human society or take the dog to a local vet maybe he could have been treated maybe not still it was not his decision to make i do not know your son he may have had good intentions but the investigation as far as i know will be made.

The investigation has already been started, understandable, I don't agree with the way he handled the picture, what i'm upset about is that people are judging us by his mistake! What teenage boy has not made a mistake? You can say this will be a hard lesson learned, but should we be so fast to judge if we don't know the whole story? He really is a good kid, would it be such a big topic if this was drug related or if it had been a deer? I think not, there are teens out there that are doing a lot worse than this and you don't hear their name plastered on facebook or topix! He will be punished, and I've learned through life that you can't judge a book by its cover, neither can you judge a family by a mistake that one kid does!

It,s not up to the police you can file a report with them but it,s up. To animal. Control to investigate first and make a report if they find enough evidence or witness,s to verify his or finding,s then it become,s the police,s responsiblilty to take action.the USPCA will also do an investigation and file a report, still all based on how much eveidence and proof, now if you are a witness then you can go to the police and file a complaint against the person, but you need to have somehing to back it up or it won,t do a damn bit of good, especially if he has aenogh clout in this town to weasel out of it.
Regardless of whether he did it or not, torturing a dog and cruelty to animals are crimes. The police deal with crimes. Therefore, it is a police matter.

If it really happened, then the police need to be told. If you're too stupid to realize that, then quit b*tching about nothing being done about it on here.

Question to the mother.... If this is a one time thing, shooting a dog, then why in his own words did he also state he was shooting coon dogs back in Nov. 2010 for chasing deer? Also why did he shoot an owl, injured or not, that is against the law and Fish & Wildlife should have been called. I as a mother/human being would never ask ANYONE let alone my child to shoot an innocent pet. Either you don't know everything your son is doing (or agree) or your just in denial about how violent he really is.

This MCHS football player brags about using a beagle for target practice then killing it for being on his property. Please see on my face book at Steff Stamper. This is sick and unacceptable. Can we not be low enough, Kentucky has enough bad reputaion for ignorance, do we have to keep proving them right? What is next, ok to beat your kids and rape anyojne who cannot say anything or is affraid. Sorry, this is pathetic. THIS KID WOULD BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST ANY WHERE ELSE.
Come on eople, tell our law enforcemnt, Senater, or any one you can, tis is not right or acceptable, our beautiful state and people are better than this.
Thanks to the Maysville Sheriff's Department, this case is in good hands and will be investigated to the fullest. I am certain they will do all they can to get to the truth and see this case is handled appropriatly. Thank you the Maysville sheriff for taking my complaint and for your time and response to this matter.

Are you serious? People, it's an animal. Who gives a rats ass? So what, the boy shot a dog. Shot it right in the head. Pretty much instant death. If you think shooting a dog in the head is cruel, you need to do a little more research on the slaughter process of what's on your dinner plate every night. Stunning a cow with a half inch steel rod to the skull, then hanging it upside down and cutting its throat. Why don't you gain a little more information on the way the world works befor you go pointing you fingers at something you think is evil. I watched a deer run past me on my way to my stand the other day. 5 seconds later, here comes a dog through the woods running it. What do you think happend to mr. Doggy? Take a guess, I shot the son of a beeitch right in the stomach. It whined and whined until I walked over and finished it off with a bullet to the head. Do I feel remorse? No, because I'm not a pussy. That's life.

You, and people like you, are depraved. "Ho, ho, I'm not a pussy because I can pointlessly shoot a defenseless animal, which was of no remote threat to me, or anyone else." Y'see..as if actually doing that wasn't bad enough, bragging about it online, like it makes you some sort of badass, is sick. Imagine a world where, instead of shooting animals meaninglessly,(you know, without fulfilling a need like hunger, clothing, etc.) people could identify and shoot sick fucks like yourself. Would that be a better place, or what? You won't catch me boycotting a slaughterhouse anytime soon, but a slaughterhouse serves a purpose.

You are a cancer to the natural processes of life, as you openly admit to killing without reason or purpose. I'm guessing that you also wear shades at night, while crusing down the road in your jacked up 94' Ford, and admiring your tribal tattoos? They probably read "DOUCHE" in Swahili.

In the first place nick wasn't going to let the dog suffer so he put it out of its missery he has 12 dogs he didn't want his other dogs o get the same diieses that the beagle had. He regrets putting it on Instagram. And for you animal lovers would you rather have that dog put out of its missery or have it infect other dogs so they can suffer?
