i often wondered y patricks name kept being put in everyones mouth like he was the problem in the county it doesn't matter who u r if u dothe crime u should do the time.but i wonder how many people will get new trials due to the recent events,if there r people in jail right now that shouldn't be due to the fact someone wanted a name for himself than they deserve to have thier cases reopened to really see if they were guilty or not...judge walton was brought up in one persons comment sorry to burst your bubble but the only reason he retired was to take care of his very sick brother and no one can fault a man for making that choice.i think it is a shame all the crazy shit thats going on im this county right now hell how many familys could the drug money thats been seized over the years helped needed familys in this county, then u have the damn school board with thiefs on it this shit is so jacked right now,we don't stand a chance,in this small town u r labeled by what u wear ,who u talk to,what u drive live in,where u work and most of all who you choose to be friends with.that is bullshit.oh well tim sorry about your luck but if u r guilty i feel so sorry for your family and the sahme your children will have to live with because people in maysville will never let them live it down.think before u do crazy shit it not onlt affecys u but those who love u too.

I am not a supporter of Tim Fegan. He deserves to be held accountable for whatever wrongs he's committed. It's sickening to see these people in a position of authority that are abusing the system for their own personal gain. It is past time to hold them accountable and make them pay the price (out of their own pockets this time, not OURS!)

However, to all of those moaning and groaning about how many families he's ruined, how many lives he's ruined, how many people he has humiliated for busting them-all of you need to face the music. Those people who made the choices to abuse drugs, traffic drugs, or whatever-THEY are the ones who ruined their own lives and affected the lives of their families. It is past time for everyone, regardless of their stature or their crime, to be held accountable for their own actions. Quit trying to place the blame on others and own up to your own mistakes!

I agree with your comment but the fact is he has planted evidence and put innocent people in jail or he taken a small time junky and made them out to be big drug dealers when in actuality they needed help not prison. He's flipped people into snitching them not protecting them. This is a fact. He's a piece a shit who operated on a double standard. Trust me is a drug user too.

I need a taxpayer funded job!!!!
Here's how that works. Get a gov't job. Steal taxpayer money. Resign. Collect retirement.
My current job in the private sector works like this. Get a job. Steal money. Get fired. Go to jail.
I'm sure just like the rest of the tax money theives in this county, he will never see the inside of a jail cell. Remember when the Mason county jailer was taking money? Where is he now? Sunny Florida, that's where. Probably collecting a retirement check from KY. smh

They can't do anything to Faggin or Moore. You know why? Because the rest of the county officials who enabled them for all of these years are thieves and drug users too and the ones who got caught know too much on the rest of them. Surely you do know they were enabled all of these years by their peers for a reason don't you? Neither of these cases will ever be heard in court because sworn testimony would set off a domino effect.

Just wondering if anyone posting here knows exactly what is going on other than what they've heard or read? Everyone is quick to judge here especially the ones that are the criminals but what is the real story?

I didn't realize there were other issues at hand besides the missing money. If, in fact, he has done all of these things I hope that he will be brought to justice on all accounts. I'm sick to death of certain public officials operating under their own personal agendas instead of upholding their positions with integrity.

Is that really news to anyone? Anyone in town ALREADY knew he was dirty...everybody, and I do mean EVERYBODY (fellow cops included) have just been waiting on someone with big enough kahunas to take his fat a$$ DOWN! Thank you Mr Boggs...now are they big enough to put him where he belongs?
He has manipulated the system AND evidence to get cases won and put away innocent people so HE could get a pat on the backside. Well, Mr. Fegan, you got plenty of guys salivating to "pat your backside" when you join them in hell, I mean prison. But you'll be requesting solitary now won't you?!
That is IF they don't let you "disappear" in the night to join your other CRIMINAL friends, Roger Case and Joey Kinney in sunny Florida! You ALL 3 are a DISGRACE to the GOOD tax paying citizens of this town you were sworn to PROTECT....you are NO BETTER than anyone you arrested or framed! Maybe all three of you can start your own little drug ring...if you haven't already....I know for a FACT 2 out of the 3 are users!
PAY DAY!!!
Keep digging Mr Boggs, there's more where that trash came from...the evidence is there!!!

How long does it take to do a criminal investigation? If it were the average citizen, they would already be sitting in mcdc. He needs to to be charged NOW. This is a serious, so stop dragging your feet and charge this corrupt bas....

"...Boggs, who was elected chairman of the agency's executive board Oct. 10, said it was while making himself familiar with the daily operations of the task force the financial irregularities were discovered...."
Seems kind of odd that it didn't take Boggs a month to detect the fraud/embezzlement. Was his predecessor that stupid or did he have his hand in the cookie jar too. The "Maysville Gang"s worst nightmare, an outsider broke into their vermin ridden cliche.
