Ummm.. The waitresses work way to hard in kissin ass to make their tips and the food is always cold! They need a new GM thats for sure!
And PLEASE TELL ME how on earth you can undercook the burgers in the big boy??? They are soo thin yet they are always pink in side.

I love Frisch's but sometimes the food is horrible. Once had a Big Boy that instead of the season salt it was covered in regular salt and I couldn't eat it. Yes, the fries are always cold, that's why 9 times out of 10 I get onion rings.

i went there and got a coke it was flat as hell so i asked one of the workers there to get me a new one told him to make it cherry coke my waitress came out and asked if she got that i said no told her the story she charged 60 cents for 2 damn squirts of cherry and went and told the boss he said somethin to the boy then the girl asked why i dint leave a tip i wonder why make a deal out of somethin like that i aint been there since ill take my mmoney and family else where

I agree on new GM! Mary is mean to the workers and Falecia is a smart a$$ 3itch! The waitresses do work really hard and are really nice they have to so they can make some money because the food isn't worth the price you have to pay. Went last night and my waitresses was really nice and did a really good job her name was Courtney I even heard some other customers say she was really sweet and one table said she wasent even there waitress but she brought them some ice for there pop.

Went to Frischs and found a big ole black hair. Now I don't know if it was a black person hair or a PUBE but it was still a hair on my fish sandwich and my waitress thought it was ok?! I eat there all the time. I love it. My food is always really good and the waitresses are always nice and prompt.
