Help needed in the mourning taking down tobacco in Mayslick. We pay 6 bucks an hour. I'm in need of people who actually no what the hell they are doing and who know how to earn they're money and actually work. I'm not hard to work for, I don't push you to your limit, but if I hire you I expect an honest days work out of you. Any takers? I know there are several people needing work. All I ask is to not waste my time and yours, because if I talk to you and tell you to come one and you don't know what your getting in to, I'll simply tell you to be on your way. If you are unreliable and trash, just don't reply to this post. If your an honest hard worker in need of a few extra bucks, by all means reply to me. Please and thank you.

I would not complain about the pay if I didn't have any extra money or a job at all. I don't know if you don't have a job already, but f you did, why in the name of God would you even consider looking at a help waned post on topix posted by a guy who's topix name is Tobacco? If you want to work, post and tell me, if you don't want to or just want to say something about the pay, don't post at all. Please and thank you.

back in the mid to late 90s I worked for several farmers in tobacco. Cutting I made 10 to 12 cents a stick depending on the farmer which equaled around 10 bucks an hour. I averaged 100 to 120 sticks an hour depending on the size of the tobacco. Hanging I made 8 to 9 bucks an hour and stripping I made 7 bucks an hour.

I guess if all you're going to be doing is taking it down and nothing else $6 bucks isn't too bad. All you have to do is climb up in a barn and start handing it down. If it's more than that 6 bucks seems a little low considering I made more than that an hour 15 years ago.

Even the illegal mexicans made more than that an hour.

Sure you can make more flipping burgers, or make moe sitting on your ass while my tax dollars support you. But take into account that helping a farmer doesn't require a high school diploma, nor any other achievement or skill in your life. Did I ask for you to give your opinion on the pay? No, I didn't. I asked for someone to help me work. I offer you a job, either take it or don't. I don't want your opinion, I want your work ethic. You either have the ambition or you don't, because your a lazy waste of life, just plain not worth a sh!t, or simply do not want to work. If you want to work, but can't get a job anywhere else, here is your chance to earn an extra buck. Dinner is supplied by me. I'm not asking you to drive a thousand miles, he'll I will come and freaking get you. Iv picked work hands up before. If I knew I'd be wasting my time on topix by posting something that I would get complains on pay about, I'd just throw the damned barn down myself and bundle it all myself. That's what I mig as well do anyway, with some of the rash Iv hired in the past. If your going to say something on is post, say you'd like to work, or wouldent. All I need is a few extra hands to help me bundle some tobacco, you don't even have to climb in the barn, I throw it down. Your wasting your theme and mine telling me that the pay sucks, when its obviously better then what your probably getting right now, which is nothing, considering your looking at a help waned post on topix.

Ill help strip tobacco! And I have my own transportation. Just be sure to post again if you need help with that! I have never taken it down. I have handed off the wagon when housing, set it, loaded it out of the field onto the wagon, hoed the fields, just never cut or dropped it out of the barn.

Good luck on finding some decent help. Quit raising tobacco 19 years ago because couldn't get help. They want to whine and cry about not having a job or any money, then when you try to hire someone...no takers. Any job is better than none if someone truly needs a job. Again, good luck with that!!

Lol, and you looked at topix post for work. I own 500 acres and built my own house, what are your accomplishment? No, I'm not to poor to hire help. I'm not an idiot who is going to pay high for an easy ass job. Bending over a few times to tie a string, and asking a few steps here and there. I'll bet your have a great life, either mooching from mommy and daddy or drawing a check every month to support your drug/alcohol problem. That's probably why you need some extra cash, to go buy your some pills or something. And you said I fail at life. Use your brain. Oh wait, that's right, you've probably fried it out. Please, share with me why you see 'help wanted' on the Maysville forum and click on it. Maybe because you wanted work? And then call me an idiot. People, the offer WAS on the table, but now I say piss on it. I guess it's impossible to find any help in this shitty little river town.

BTW dont you have to report that stuff? How can i get ahold of ya? Because if your gonna pay under the table i'll take the job and nark you out. You have no idea who i am, so good luck with anyone you hire... it might be me collecting info to ruin you.
