help me anyone

Yet so many are overweight. I have a health condition. Not that you will care, you all will just put me down. Maybe there is one who has a way to help. Exercise videos, equipment ..I would even try hypnosis... maybe if I hated food and never ate again...(cries) Anyone out there with love in your heart and a way out of this spiral downward? Sure its easy for you to say exercise, eat right, push away from the table.. truth be told I skip most meals I hate breakfast for one I don't have time for it...I crave chocolate and I am a comfort eater...I am not rich I can't buy organic or healthy. Offer me real advice... not the crap that can be on this site.... You can say what you want to make me hate myself more..but just remember it's you who will be picking up my heavy lifeless body when it's all over..so be helpful and save yourself some work later on in life. Help me. IS skinny really all that? At this point I wish I was just anorexic I am willing to try anything to make me get rid of the food. Anything.

I can help you as i've helped others. I offer a calm outdoor environment to do a real days work in and only fresh garden food to munch on. No outside influence for 6 months and you'll be a new person when you return to your family. No smoking, no drugs, nowhere to run, no whining, no excuses, and yes....you'll be safe. Your decision!

Were off to see the Wizard, the wonderful wizard of Oz :). Good luck to you on your weight loss. Im not sure if skinny is really all that, but I like that line, "Nothing tastes as good as being thin". I will never know because I too, love chocolate. Ill watch to see if anyone has a solution, I too need to loose.

Just to let you know, you are not alone. I too need to lose weight for several years. Not only because I want to look better, but have medical issues that weight loss would control. Weight loss would lower blood pressure, lower near diabetic condition and I would feel much better. I do not smoke, do drugs or alcohol. Never did. I do eat too much and it is comfort food. I have a family issue that I cannot do anything about. So----I eat fats and sweets. At one time, I walked about two miles every day.I also joined the Y at Halls and used all the equipment including the pool exercise. Most women there had weight problems some very much so. I recommend it. My health was much better at that time. It's impossible for me to do that now. Also, you can get exercise videos at Good Will for a small fee and work out at home. When I did these things I was 10-12 pounds lighter. Good luck to you and you are not alone. I will do these things again as soon as I can. I really enjoyed Yoga at the Y.

Alot of people are over weight,and it is because of WHAT is put into the food you eat.
Many companies put glutamine in the food (gluten). After working for a stock yard,I learned that beef producers give gluten to cattle because it fattens them quickly,and they sell better. The more tey eat of it,the more they crave it.
LOOK on your food you buy,,,most of it has glutemine,,,which will fatten you.
Will the food companies tell you this,,,NO,,,they are out to make money. The Gov't wants to control your fod so they won't tell you either,and the docs and insurace companies keep gettin richer.
So it works in their favor,,,NOT ours.

I too need to lose weight. I had to stop drinking soda due to medicine and I lost 20 lbs but can't seem to lose anymore now. I wish I could help but I'll definitly say a prayer for you

Without knowing your health condition I can't really help you too much. I ran a weight control program for years and I am willing to help but I need your age, height, weight, and medical conditions before I can help. One thing I will tell you that a diet does no good without exercise and exercise does no good with a poor diet. You don't have to power lift weights or do the Jane Fonda aerobics. Just walking a couple of miles a day will do the trick. One of the best things is to find a jogging or walking partner so you have to do it so you don't let your friend down. I usually tell people to park at the end of the parking lot to give them a little more exercise. It is not good to skip meals. That will actually cause you to gain weight. Try breaking your meals into 6 small high protein low carb meals a day. This will keep your stomach full and you will metabolize and burn instead of store calories. Oatmeal is very good to make you feel full for a long time as long as you don't kill it with butter and sugar. Lay off the chocolate and other fatty foods. You will have to walk about three miles to burn off one snickers bar.Another thing you need to do is lay off all sodas,teas, juices, gatoraids, and any other sugar full drinks. Drink about a gallon and a half of water during the day. Your body needs water to burn calories. Dieting and getting in shape is hard work but it is well worth it. Do not use a scale to determine your weight loss. Most people are looking for fat loss not weight. Muscle is more dense than fat and if you start exercising you may build more muscle. Find an online body mass index (BMI)calculator and use that for reference. Depending on how serious you are most people can get to a healthy size within a year so if you start now you will be able to wear that teeny bikini in the summer of 2014.

Being fat could be one of two things. Either yo're too damb lazy and stupid to exercise while eating a minimum of healthy food, or you're the product of gentiles breeding any ole thing they can in he back seat of a car/barn/bar/whatever and you are another weak link that will be a food stamp flunkie/welfare rat/SSI scum bum. If you're so miserable, do the right thing and kill yourself. The tax payers won't mind.

To Jar-head suppose already over weight.. morbid obese I believe is the medical term..is it too late for us? I know the healthy ones laugh behind our backs..makes me not want to walk... I hear the Moos they say from their car and I just can't take it I turn around and yes I give up... I see the laughs from my skinny friends... Ever been told your too fat to ride in a boat? I have... Ever been told you can't ride in somebody's car cause it will bottom out? I have.. I give up every time I try I guess I am not made of the stronger stuff..... I did not used to look like this..I have pictures not even that long ago..8 years ago I was not so big... is it too late.. how can I drown out the jibes? My heart is willing ..my spirit is strong..but the flesh is weak...

Pixie dust you must stop making excuses and get out there and do it. Start with walking. Walk around your house if you must but get moving! it is never too late to be healthy. make smart choices and get your body moving!

Screw what other people think. I am not over weight myself but I have a belly. I would love for it to be flat. And if someone yells at you just keep going. They are stupid. Make yourself happy not other don't let their stupidity bring you down.

put down the twinkies and diet cokes and pick up a bottle of water and an apple do a few crunches. No I'm not being an ass I'm speaking from experience. Diabetes is not a cause of obesity and hyperthyroidism only accounts for a very small group of people. The rest are fat because of a lack of self discipline. Diet cokes aren't diet if you drink them like they're your life force. Water and apples is my suggestion. Water helps rid your body of toxins and apples are just good for you.
