The value of home ownership in Littleton is increased as the result of open space and farms. Land held for farming actually works to hold taxes down, it's true! This issue is far more than character, it is sound policy. It is only through the strength in character of of the farmers and leaders like Selectman Alex McCurdy that will save farmland. It will be a difficult task. We all need to help both at the polls and in buying local products.
