looks like he did it again when will this mess ever stop its time for change in letcher county our elected officials need to put a stop to this once and for all three times this has happened looks like its becoming a routine since all he gets is a pat on the hand and told to stop i think he should pay big time for the third offense of polluting the water doesn't this seem odd that it keeps happening over and over again.you know what they say money talks and bull****walks.but peoples health is on the line stop it now before our loved ones die from being poisoned by drinking the water.

Everyone complaints but no one does anything. Ky. is not going to do anything. Why is no one reporting this the the national media, get some attention and something will get done. But the way of the Eastern Ky people is just to complain and SAY, NOTHING WILL BE DONE. The reason NOTHING gets done in Ky. Get off your ass people and do something about it.

well, it isn't intentional . . . you know it cost a lot of money to prevent spillin gas . . . and you can always add a few cents to the gallons you sell to make up for it. and fix the books so it doesn't look like you lost any . . .
