Awsome New Place

You have to check out Cedar Glade Country Club! It used to be Hill high Country Club in Horseshoe Bend. They are totally redoing the entire place. It's gonna be the best vacation spot in this part of arkansas by end of summer. I got a free cruise & airfare too. Plus, I got to walk all through the buildings & grounds and see what they're doing with the place. So pretty! I relaxed so much while I spent the weekend there, that I didn't want to go home. They have friendly staff & that are truly happy to make your stay memorable, comfortable and happy. They bend over backwards to make sure you enjoy yourselves. You gotta check it out!

We are headed out there this week to check it out. I am sure the golfing will be great and one of the closest vacation spots for us. I hope it is all that. I am looking forward to the cruise but it just seems too good to be true. I suppose we will see. I'd like to see more people post what they thought of Cedar Glade.

Most sites charge for advertising. Guess Topix does't. The above posts read like canned spiels. The next time you want to advertise your products don't make it sound that way, maybe somebody will believe you then.

It was never named Hill High Country Club. It was Hill High Resort and Spa and Carriage Room Supper Club.

It never was built to be a country club. Just a hotel/resort to drain Yankees out of their retirement money to pump into local developers pockets. Once again that is the trick they're trying to pull. It's still the same old building, with the same old pool sitting on a sink-hole, but if you spread a little paint around, and only show one or two rooms....maybe you'll find someone gullible enough to give you their financial information, then they'll skate off to another area and try it all over again. I just pity the people that are being lured in right now with the pretty voices, and promises of Eden, only to get here and realize what a scam it is.

With the Cedar Glades timeshare, you get Coast To Coast--Rv Discounts. They say you get discounts on condo, cruises, golf and other item. If you RV, it might be great. If you get the timeshare for the other Benefits, your limited on what they have. In Arkansa, Coast to Coast has three(3)RV parks. No condo are available in Arkansas--very limited.

While you are busy selling your "investment property" with your crappy attempt at fooling people into thinking you are for real, might I interest you in some Arizona beachfront land I've got to unload? It's really beautiful!

You don't get it. If you have an RV it MIGHT be worth it. If you don't have an RV it is more than likely not for you.

It's not timeshare it's more of a membership. It can be used at any time instead of certain days of the year. There are around 3500 coast to coast locations nationwide and 75000 restaurants that you receive half off if you're a member. It's good for people who like to travel. When they are done with the Cedar Glade location it will be a great vacation spot.

They have been calling me for several months saying that I am one of ten finalist to win a new truck and if we come to take a 90 minute tour it's promised to win 2 prizes. I have told them over and over i'm not interested that I thought it was a scam. They promised that it wasn't a scam or timeshare. I no longer answer when they call. If it sounds too good to be true then more likely it probably is.

I did the tour, mainly to see what kind of facility it is. I had never heard of it and its close to home. I am considering it for annual family reunions. I had no intention of buying into it but would not even consider if I had been interested. This is a project (which has been started) that has a long way to go until completion. I was not impressed with the one room that I did see inside. If I compare it to some average hotels that I have stayed in, it would be comparable. It may be a 5-star place when it is completed but I seriously have my doubts. On the other hand, the watches were nice.

My bf and I were also "finalists". Sad thing is, I was actually stupid enough to sign the damn contract. I had to contact an attorney and the attorney general to get it all straightened out. They are committing fraud. Do not fall for it!!

They will tell you that it is noncancelable and you will have to pay for the rest of your life when you ask to cancel. I had to contact the attorney general. I also went to an attorney and had him send them and their affiliates certified mail and notify them of the sweepstakes scam they are running. I had to cancel my card so they couldn't get anymore money out of me. The attorney general is handeling the case for me. They have canceled my contract finally! I still had to pay $300 to speak to an attorney and have him Handle the paperwork tho.

If you look up sweepstakes and promotions law in the arkansas code you will find that they violate MANY laws. On this fact alone they have to cancel you contract :) like when they tell you that you are a finalist w/o a written form stating the new odds and such...and giving out the same prizes and sharing your info with other companies. They are running a fraudulent sweepstakes. I hope the ag shuts them down...

We bought a membership last spring We still are not sure what the membership is for or to. We told them we did not have an RV, but Clint said you had all these resorts on the Alabama coast. We made the mistake of believing him.
About six weeks later we got our membership card and number and could looks at resorts on the net. We could not find squat. what we found were cabins at RV parks. We called and told them this was not what we thought it was and they were supposed to call us and show us how to use the website. They never did. We called Coast to Coast and they told us we were doing it right.
We called Crown Point Realty and Clint was always with somone. All we wanted to do was stop paying for something that we were not going to use. We told them they could have the cruise and the week at crown point. All we wanted to do was stop paying. Everytime we called Crown Point realty and told them the situation, they(Mike) would tell us to call someone different every time. Once the MGR of Cedar Glades and The MGR of Crown Point. Each said someone would call us back. They never did.
Word of warning. They have nothing to offer and the people who work sell are not honorable.
