You asked what Searc y needs...
I have been harpingfor years that Searcy needs a sidewalk on Arch St. so that the students that aren't blessed enough for their parents to pick them up and have to walk during rains and snows don;t have to walk in the streets, and have the cars splash water on them. Not to mention the danger of being hit by a car..This is a real need
New sidewalks were installed on Pleasure and few people use Pleasure as a walking area.

the damaged pipelines are being repaired - more problems are on the way - oil - war - sidewalks for schoolchildren
