Combination of alcohol and MARIJUANA led to the wreck that killed two people! The guy even pled guilty. You braindead morons who what pot to be legalized need to go talk to the families of those killed and try to sell your desire to legalize pot. I bet you will leave in an ambulance!

Have you ever seen a drunk drive? Do you know the dangers of mixing alcohol and driving? How many people die every year because of alcohol and driving? What would you say to the cancer patient that discovers marijuana helps with the nausea? What about glaucoma? What do you think about the 17 states that allow marijuana use by prescription? And finally, you sanctimonious jackass, what will you bi!ch about when it finally legalized? Are we feeling a little holier-than-thou this morning?

There have been no known accident cause by someone that smoked pot. Do the research. The fact that man had ALCOHOL in his system was the reason behind the impairment. I will completely agree with confused. Too many drs prescribe it to them types of patients, ppl with arthritis, and so many more. Btw…kentucky is on the ballot in novembers voting.

Yes, marijuana can help control pain. And yes, it is not a good thing to "smoke and drive." And another yes, marijuana should be legal. It is no worse than lortab or percocet or any other controlled medicine used for pain. But to say that no accidents have ever been caused by some smoking marijuana is crazy! Accidents have been caused by people on lortab and morphine and percocet and many other controlled substances. Why should pot be any different? It does impair your ability.

Look at the bus driver who was just recently on trial and what she had in her system was her prescriptions only, but the court felt her judgement was impaired. I do feel marijuana could be beneficial to patients but not necessarily that they should run out and drive after using it.

Are we feeling a little holier-than-thou this morning? I would tell them that their doctor can prescribe marinol, it's prescription THc without making you feel high but it kills the nausea. All you pot smokers dont talk about it because you want to be able to get high.

The reason it was a dui is because its not legal here yet. What is a dui? Driving under the influence. Thats not a tragic or fatal accident cause from smoking marijuana

I totally feel for the families that lost loved ones here but really, you want to blame pot for the accident? I guess you're one of those idiots that believe in the whole gateway addicts idea.. It's just insane to hear you spout off on something you've probably never even experienced.. Hey... Happy 4:20 by the way...;)

You pot head clowns in Kentucky are useless! You fools cannot admit that pot has ever killed anyone because of the fact that pot makes you paranoid. Keep lying to yourself, family, and friends just because you are dirt poor and don't know how to make a living without the use of dope. I stick to the statement that you will not go to the families of those killed in that car wreck with your crazy rabblings without leaving in an ambulance! you dopeheads are useless in todays society.

There is a reason why people are arrested for smoking dope and driving, it is because they can kill people while under the influence. Now go get stoned and hide from the real world!

Wonderful point Sara, since someone who has nausea in that degree will be able to take a capsule and have a very successful chance of holding it down. Its not like they would run a high risk of constantly puking up their medication because they had nausea
