It's ALL about who you know and not about your education and qualifications when applying and/or being hired. It's sad that the year is 2013 and this little town has not progressed any further.
Wonder why all the graduates are eager to leave the area and barely come back for a visit much less to live with their families.
I know jobs are scarce in this area, wonder why industry except for restaurants even consider poor old country town Mayfield. I think it should not be considered a city, go back to the old days and call it Mayfield Villiage.
