no, the family and their friends are pushing for it but it won't happen because there is no reason to do so and the courts have ruled this to be the case. The money jars at various businesses in and around mayfield are all for not because the FBI cannot investigate it because there is no federal murder charge in the federal system. It's a state crime and that's where it will stay.
sorry charlie

It's all turned in to a conspiracy theory without any factual basis. It's a joke. The turds that killed her are in prison already. It appears that the family is just seeking attention now and that is sickening.

It's something fishy about this case of this young girl feel sorry for her and her family. I just don't feel like they got the right ones its something off. According to the news sources online a lot of evidence and stuff got destroyed at the crime scene and everything. It's still something funny about this case that doesn't add up.

I know another case around that time where things (old guns, silver coins, etc) were stolen from the crime scene and later actual evidence was "lost". Also, property (mattresses, funriture, etc) belonging to the one who was accused of the crime was thrown out in the yard at the crime scene and left to be rained on and ruined. The police wouldn't even allow the family to get the stuff out of the rain.

Its all the polices' fault. They made the victims hang out with drug thugs. They made the victims do illegal stuff.
