You need to wake up. Just because you decide to be politically correct/tolerant and all that crap does not mean everybody else will. You are in the minority! A militia is needed to protect us from the government! Read the Constitution!

I hope all this bickering serves to teach us all something if you weren't already aware. Peace is not an easy thing to keep. It should certainly be considered by all that the ones keeping the peace know more about it than we do, and I am referring to our government. None of us are are actually fit for politics, so support your government even in times you don't agree with them because you can't do a better job than your least favorite candidate. I think this is very relevant to your prepping conversion, because preparing for warfare will only ensure warfare. Prepare for peace and prosperity instead.

No, wood and gas are totally diffrent. Gas does not produce as much heat as a old fire does
If going through something like a basement wall, you can use a double wall pipe.
If going through anything wood, such as your file ing and through the roof, you would need a triple wall pipe. Wood generates a high amount of heat, you need the air spaces between the pipes to dissipate the heat to keep surrounding combustible items from combusting.
You also need between 4- inches between you stove pipe and combustible material.
Wood stoves have burned many, many houses down due to improper installation

Please enlighten me, how does that make me a communist? What communist doctrine does that statement reflect? Why do you perceive keeping peace as a communist philosophy?

You said it all. You sound like somebody that would rat out your own mother to the government you worship.

Ah, so you've never actually studied government and don't actually know what communism is. You've never read or written about communism or any other form of government on an academic level. It must be frustrating for you to try and keep up with a conversation without making a call to some made up authority. Your opinion has been discarded unless you care to make a valid point.

Funny, you call me a communist for having a small amount of faith in democracy. Some folks just don't have a clue.

If having the ability to eat drink and stay warm is crazy then i'm crazy. Power was out here in the county for 28 days. I have all the necessary items to weather whatever and I spent 1200.00. I can eat or sell what I have to survive and recoup my money. House insurance is 950.00 a year and if nothing happens I can't get anything back on it. Prepper supplies are merely a insurance policy.
